It is to laugh: “Texans asked to reduce their electricity usage as the wind drops.” Would these be the same windmills which froze up a couple of years ago?

The big problem in Feb2021 in TX was the failure of natural gas powered plants and that TX is not part of the two major electric grids of the US, so that TX cannot easily “import” electricity. Even a nuclear plant shut down. In addition, Texas homes and businesses are not built to withstand hard freezes. Natural gas pipelines are uninsulated and froze.
The right still blames frozen windmills for the TX disaster. Much of what conservatives believe to be true… isn’t.
We know, we know… conservatives tend to be refractory to truths that conflict with their beliefs.
