Watchdog hits John Kerry with science ethics complaint over climate change deaths claim
A government watchdog group filed an ethics complaint against Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry on Tuesday morning, alleging he spread misinformation about climate change.
In its complaint, Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) alleged that Kerry violated federal scientific integrity policy — which requires officials to communicate scientific information accurately based on the best available evidence — when he said in May that greenhouse gas emissions kill 15 million people per year worldwide. PPT requested a federal investigation into Kerry’s comments.
“15 million people are dying every single year around this planet as a consequence of greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere, in the air which travels around and drops in the form of pollution and is warming the ocean at record rates, changing the chemistry of the ocean itself,” Kerry remarked on May 10 at the Department of Agriculture’s AIM for Climate Summit.
Kerry later added that, in addition to the 15 million people who die due to the “lack of quality” air, another 10 million people die on an annual basis globally as a result of extreme heat.
However, PPT’s complaint Monday, sent to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the State Department’s Office of Inspector General, noted Kerry’s figures appear to greatly overstate the death toll attributed to greenhouse gas emissions.

“Such a blatant misstatement of scientific information to the public is, by its nature, a threat to public trust and good governance,” it continued. “It is made far worse when such misinformation is used to publicly support sweeping policy changes like trying to reach net-zero emissions in agriculture, which would have untold effects upon the economy and lives of the American people writ large.”
That’s how the cult works: scaremonger in an attempt to get the Government to force Other People to give up their money, freedom, and life choices.

The average jail time for tax evasion is 3 – 5 years.

The tax code states that, “Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a felony.”
But the tax code doesn’t apply to Bidens.
If you. my friend, get nailed for $1 million in federal tax evasion charges as part of a complicated plot to move money around through shell companies to family members, and the feds then come away with laptops full of evidence of you using cocaine, soliciting prostitutes and potentially worse things than that, on top of a gun charge, the next time you’re free, cars will be replaced by flying cars.
But if you’re a top Democrat’s son, the rules are different.
Hunter Biden had been caught red-handed with enough bad stuff that the feds couldn’t just do the Hillary thing and announce that “no reasonable prosecutor” would ever prosecute a guy evading seven figures in taxes. They just do the usual pro-crime thing and treat it as a misdemeanor and hand out probation. So many street things are benefiting from this brand of progressive justice, why not the president’s own thug?

The “PPT” is headed by a former Trump administration official and campaign worker, Michael Chamberlain, and formed just after President Biden took office. There is no public information on their staff or funding.
Protect the People’s Trust (PPT) is a right-wing version of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW).
According to a Harvard study fossil fuel particulate pollution kills 8 million per year. It is estimated that 20% of deaths are linked to fossil fuel pollution. There were 68 million deaths in 2022. 68 million x 0.2 = 13.6 million deaths. Kerry exaggerated some and added deaths from fossil fuel particulates.
In that study there was never an actual body count, because there were no bodies. Read closely and you’ll find that the alleged deaths were simply a statistic from a computer model. PM 2.5 is the particulate matter that supposedly kills, but there’s no evidence that it does that which you’ll find in the article
Amazing that John Kerry’s who served in Vietnam lies are singled out in a field of liars. All climate science is a lie. But if 15 million per year are dying, good, that is reduction of 15 million carbon producing units.

Teach how do you feel personally about Hunter being charged with gun ownership after drug use? Do you think that ALL lied on that federal form should also be punished? Or do you think Hunter is being unfairly singled out ?
