This election all hinges on Mike Pence. Literally. The supreme court will not touch this. It is constitutional. It goes back to the 1876 contested election that played out exactly the same in which congress then passed the act of 1877 laying out this scenario.
Here is what I predict. If the Senate is held by the GOP then Pence refuses to throw the vote into the house because the senate will stop all of the shennagains of the left.

Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Phoenix are where MILLIONS of American voters live. Is the fact that President-elect Biden won those areas by large margins evidence of fraud?
Potter County, PA has an area of 1,081 sq mi and 17,457 residents. Philadelphia County, PA has an area of 134 sq mi but 1,526,006 residents! Trump won 80% of the Potter County vote – 7,239. President-elect Biden won 81% of the Philadelphia County vote – 603,790. Trump won almost all sparsely populated rural counties, Biden won almost all heavily populated urban and suburban counties. But there are many more rural counties than suburban/urban counties. Trump won more counties, but President-elect Biden won more overall votes. Acres do not vote, people do. For now.
Perhaps PA Republicans could legislate that each COUNTY have a winner-take-all system so that Potter County and Philadelphia County are equal. Biden only won 13 counties and Trump won 54 counties, making Trump the winner of PA, 54-13!! Another option is make non-white votes worth 3/5th of a white vote. Or how about limiting polling places per county independent of population, e.g., one polling place per county. It’s easier for 17,000 people to vote compared to 750,000!

As he did this he devolved hands-on responses to local governments, in the federalist approach, where he believed it belonged and where it would be more efficient.
Many big, top-down government fans didn’t like it and often blamed the president for not commanding shutdowns and arrogating more power to himself to oversee response at the granular level. If he had any notion of doing such a thing, Trump didn’t give into it.
While Trump took hits for leadership lapses in the COVID response, complaints were usually uttered by leftists who wished he’d done more to lock down, force vaccinations, and take a greater hand in shutting down the economy.
Trump’s approach and his sideline Twitter sniping let people know he didn’t want a wholesale shutdown. He’d hoped to reopen the economy “by Easter†and tried to cajole Democrat governors into lifting the reigns on the people and the shutdown of the economy. Democrats like Governors Jay Inslee, Kate Brown, Gavin Newsom, and Gretchen Whitmer did the exact opposite. Citizens organized recall efforts to respond to the governors’ autocratic response.
Republicans expanded their “trifecta†of governor’s mansions and state houses by two and possibly three, according to Ballotpedia. Alaska is still tallying the votes, believe it or not.
The media are loathe to give Trump any credit, but Trump received ten million more votes than he did in 2016 – the most of any Republican president ever. He energized the voter base and flipped back a bunch of seats in both state houses and Congress.

Finally, if President Trump is so divisive and unlikable and truly the worst, most contemptible person in the world, then why did he win the Gallup Poll’s “most admired†person, outstripping the Obamas and Joe?
Who are these people? Rubes? Or could it be that the oldest public polling firm in America captured the lightening in the bottle that shows what has really happened in the body politic?
