Graham claims Senate GOP has votes to confirm new SCOTUS justice before Election Day
Senate Republicans have enough votes to confirm a replacement for late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the Nov. 3 election, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told “Hannity” Monday.
“It’s pretty obvious that if they [Democrats] want an outcome, they’ll just destroy anybody’s life to keep the seats open,” Graham told host Sean Hannity.
“They said they tried to destroy Brett Kavanaugh so they could fill the seat — they were dumb enough to say that,” Graham added. “I’ve seen this movie before. It’s not going to work, it didn’t work with Kavanaugh.
“We’ve got the votes to confirm Justice Ginsburg’s replacement before the election. We’re going to move forward in the committee, we’re going to report the nomination out of the committee to the floor of the United States Senate so we can vote before the election. Now, that’s the constitutional process.”
I wonder if this means that they won’t bother with hearings, which allow Democrats to simply demonize candidates, and move right to a vote? Most anyone Trump nominates will have already gone through a Senate hearing to be installed as a federal judge to start with. But, it might be worth it to go through a few days of confirmation hearings, especially if Trump does nominate a woman. How bad will Democrats make themselves looking badgering and attempting to destroy a woman?
Voting for a Trump nominee will fire up the Republican base to get them out to vote en masse. There is no downside. The people who are against doing this won’t vote for Trump nor GOP Reps and Senators in the first place.

(Breitbart) Joe Biden told a Milwaukee television station on Monday that voters do not deserve to know whom he would appoint to the Supreme Court.
After acknowledging he has a list of potential nominees, Joe Biden told TMJ 4 he simply is not going to share it.
He admitted the first selection was based on race and gender: a black woman. But beyond that, he would not provide additional details.
“Should voters know?†the reporter asked. “Should voters know who you’re going to appoint?â€
“No, they don’t, but they will if I’m elected. They’ll have plenty of time,†Biden answered.
He claimed he would not share the names because it, among other things, would give critics too much time to scrutinize them.
A week ago it wasn’t that big of a deal that Joe wouldn’t release names. Today? It’s rather important to know whom he would pick. But, you silly peasants do not deserve to know. King Joe may deign to tell you after the election.

Well, yeah.
If you remember, Graham was furious with the treatment Kavanaugh received by the left. He said just yesterday, never again. There is never a supreme court appointment that Trump could make that the left would not smear, riot and create national chaos over.
If Trump wins reelection any pick he puts forth after the election will be met with the same Rioting, looting and chaos. The Dems would be perfectly happy to keep the Court at 8 justices for 4 years until hopefully they will win the White House in 2024 which is historically the norm.
Graham has said the GOP will Vette Trumps pick, which in fact according to sources is already happening. Trump knows who he wants to pick. Once that candidate is announced, the right will hold brief hearings and then they will vote.
When McConnell and Barasso say lets vote you know they have the votes.
There is a precedent for this as well. One supreme court justice from nomination to confirmation took 19 days, another 31 days. RBG was confirmed in 43 days.
Politics is a full contact sport. Trump needs a full court for all the appeals of counting mail in votes after the election. The Dems first need to see how many votes they need in which states to give Ole Joe the win. I voted yesterday. There was an early voting line. We were fine. It took an hour. big Deal.
There will be nine justices on the Supreme court when the GOP has to take to court the fact they lost 10 senate seats, 30 house seats and the presidency because of 4 weeks of counting mail in votes after election day.
And if those that don’t understand how important this is for the country then their own political ambitions are beyond the need for a process whereby a nation already no longer trusting its institutions can then no longer Trust there votes to be counted properly.
On another more serious note. China and India Continue the build up of forces along the line of actual control which it is called that borders India and China. Forces that were never allowed to carry weapons have not been fully armed.
In Beijing on the anniversary of the day the CCP was founded there were several enormous explosions in the city. Military, 100 fire trucks and helicopters were seen in the area. Hardly needed if it was a gas explosion as the CCP claims.
In more unsettling news from China. Bank runs have become the norm. China is doing everything they can to prevent companies from Japan and Korea from Pulling out of China. In fact Samsung which had a major manufacturing facility in China has closed its doors and moved back to Japan most likely going to set up partial facilities in India and Vietnam.
Trump has increased the USA’s stature in the Middle East by taking an opposite approach to peace. In the past every politician said you have to settle the PLO problem first. He said, no, IRAN is your problem which was exacerbated by Iran’s attacking Saudi Arabia and funding terrorist all through the middle East. One has to remember that Iran is Shia Muslim and about 80 percent of the rest of the ME is Sunni Muslim.
So With Iran crawling into bed with China and Pakistan and partially aided by Russia who is now strategically trying to infiltrate the ME again, Trump as shown these people that the USA has their backs and that Israel is not their enemy. IRAN IS.
Once again more nations will climb on board the Israel/Muslim Coalition to prosper and become strong rather than spending all their time and energy killing each other, protected under the Nuclear umbrella of Israel and the USA meaning none of these countries need to develop Nukes to deal with China/Pakistan and IRAN.
Trump is not a racist, nor does he hate Muslims. He hates terrorists as do all the people of the world except Democrats who love them some Iranians and PLO terrorists. The USA prospers when the world prospers. Selling weapons to everyone and then stirring up conflict has been something the USA and the USSR was good at for decades. Times are a changing but unfortunately the Establishment in DC is not willing to change.
Trump must go. IF you want PEACE in your life time then Trump must be elected to a second term and you must down ballot (R) so that he has four more years to work his magic around the planet.
Hell even the Philippines who threw the USA out of their country and went to bed with China is now building new bases for the USA to come home and protect them. Vietnam and Cambodia is hugging Trump and the USA. All over the world the USA is seen as the last best hope to stop the madness of China, Iran and Pakistan and to a lessor degree Russia.
Trump is your man if you want peace in your time. If you want world wide chaos then go ahead and vote for a COMMUNIST AMERICA. You will most certainly get what you asked for. One Fuked up life all because you didn’t spend 10 minutes looking at the facts.
