Next To Be Considered “White Supremist”: The #Hashtag

What’s the over/under on the Leftist media falling for this, along with the Liberal base?

From the article

Members of the notorious internet forum 4chan have proposed a new troll campaign aimed at converting the hashtag into a white supremacist symbol.

In a post, on the /pol/ or “politically incorrect” message board, an anonymous user calls on his fellow forum frequenters to begin creating propaganda that incorporates the commonly used pound sign.

“We must start using # to represent the swastika on memes and social media,” the user states.

The far-right campaign, dubbed “Bash the Hash,” a play on the anti-fascist term “Bash the Fash,” aims to remove the ability of sites like Twitter to use the popular symbol.

Remember, these were the same people who created the meme which made the OK sign to be a far-right/white supremacist symbol to see if they could punk the media and leftists. They succeeded 100%. Heck, even when news outlets mentions that it was an operation to punk the media, they still have Outrage in the same articles over the use of the OK sign by someone or some group.

While 4chan’s latest campaign is almost certain to be largely ineffective, the hoax highlights how the battle of ideas is fought in the digital era.

You sure of that? The article has a bunch of tweets where 4chaners are trying to make it happen, including

Time will tell whether it succeeds.

It’s funny, but not likely to work. Leftists are very pragmatic and easily ignore their own principles when it affects them personally. Examples: Dire climate change doesn’t convince any of them to change their own lifestyles, deeply flawed people as their national leaders have their flaws overlooked (the Clintons, Gore, Kennedys, Byrd), and how much they HATE President Trump when policy-wise, there is very little difference between him and Bill Clinton. They understand that using # is irrevocably linked to Twitter now and they aren’t going to shut down Twitter.

Commenter typed: “…they HATE President Trump when policy-wise, there is very little difference between him and Bill Clinton.”

Policy wise, Hillary Clinton was similar to her husband, so why do the disciples love the Dark Lard, but hate Hillary Clinton? The answer is “tribalism”.

First, Trump’s policies work, so they’re nothing like Willie’s.

Second, Willie was generally on firmer ground when he was listening to Morris. After they fell out, Willie’s moves were all bad. Matter of fact, that’s when he started doing stuff the Hildabeast liked.

The “Professor” said they had similar policies.

Are you calling him a liar?

        • Professor Hale says:

Of course, the biggest difference between them is that Bill actually did break 11 laws while in office including perjury, for which he was impeached. And Hillary actually did have a 30 year history of public corruption.

The secret of Trump’s popularity with his supporters rests in the fact that he is not a career politician. Many Americans are sick to death of both parties career politicians never saying what they mean and triangulating every speech to get a few extra poll points. Hillary had a 30 year history of corruption in public office. Trump had never held public office before so it wasn’t possible for him to be corrupt.

Those 4chan users are sure mischievous imps aren’t they!!

Here’s a 4channer who trolled some police officers Sunday night in AL.

Are Alabama police part of the hated Deep State?

“Grady Wayne Wilkes, the suspect in the slaying of Auburn Officer William Buechner, was a poster on controversial site 4chan, sharing images espousing violence and white nationalism.”

      Which proves what?

One psycho and everybody on 4chan is a nut?

Well, it does apply to environuts, so maybe…

It’s just karma that as TEACH is lauding the genius of the 4chan morons, one of them goes apeshit crazy and shoots 3 police officers.

Is everyone on 4chan a nut? It’s likely nuts are overrepresented there. Why are far-right extremists so murdery these days?
