Silly little creatures, one and all!
Eighty people were arrested at the Supreme Court yesterday in a protest calling for the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to be closed.
They were charged with violating an ordinance that prohibits demonstrations of any kind on the court’s grounds. Those arrested inside the building also were charged under a provision that makes it a crime to give “a harangue or oration” in the court building. The maximum penalty is 60 days in jail, a fine or both.
Hmm, too be honest, I’m not sure if I agree with those laws. Seems to violate the 1st regarding assembly and asking for redress. Of course, these are moonbats, so, they probably were not peaceable.
Surely, we will get to hear from the moonbats who weren’t there that the ones who were out there saving the constitution had nothing better to do then protest and get arrested are “political prisoners of the facist Bushites.” Not a prediction, as moonbats are easy to understand.
