Vandals have slashed hundreds of feet of booms in Pensacola, rendering them useless in soaking up oil from the massive Gulf spill.
Escambia County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Ted Roy said the suspects likely used a boat to access the booms and then sliced a roughly 600-foot stretch with a razor blade or box cutter.
Motive? Hurt the oil companies and make it that much harder to clean the spill up, therefore, the kooks can carp about the spill in order to enact their far left enviro control everything agenda.

Personally, I just have to wonder if one of the more extreme envirowacko groups did something, some group like ELF. Wouldn’t put it by them.

Besides, we need to make up the loss of this oil somehow else it could cause some pain at the pumps soon.
