Posting on Truth, his social media platform, Trump called the attacker an “Illegal Alien” who should have been deported, blaming what he called lenient policies of Biden for it.

He said the criminal, who is in custody, “will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. He will be charged with murder in the first degree.” The US president added that the accused in the case was previously arrested for “terrible crimes”, in…

The US president added that the accused in the case was previously arrested for “terrible crimes”, including child sex abuse, grand theft auto, and false imprisonment, but was released back into the homeland under “incompetent” former president Biden because Cuba did not want “such an evil person in their country.”

37-year-old Yordanis Cobos-Martinez murdered an Indian man on September 10th at the motel with a machete in a brutal fashion. He’s previously been charged with crimes and detained, but, ICE let him go in early January 2025 because Cuba refused to take him. You know, why don’t we look to an island off the coast of Alaska or somewhere that has no population and just drop all these illegals from countries that refuse to take them back. Drop them off with a 7 day survival backpack and a decent tent and sleeping bag and wash our hands of them? Then interdict the island in case someone tries to escape.

ICE seeks to deport DACA recipient after arrest at El Paso airport

In early August, Catalina “Xochitl” Santiago had arrived at the local airport to catch a flight to Austin. But after passing through the security checkpoint, two Border Patrol agents approached Santiago, a 28-year-old immigrant from Mexico, asked for her identification and questioned how she obtained a work authorization card.

Santiago, who came to the U.S. at 8 and is legally in the U.S. through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, insisted on having a lawyer present, according to a cell phone video she recorded that was later publicly released. (snip)

Since that Aug. 3 airport confrontation, Santiago has been held in a detention center as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement works to deport her. Since her arrest, there have been demonstrations in Phoenix, El Paso, Chicago and Boston — places where she has worked with immigrant rights organizations — demanding that ICE release her.

An immigration judge ruled last week that Santiago can’t be deported because she has permission to live in the U.S. through DACA, an Obama administration program that has given many undocumented immigrants who came to the U.S. as children work permits and temporary protection from deportation.

Yeah yeah yeah. First off, even Obama stated that creating DACA via Executive Order was unconstitutional. Second, even if it was legal there are terms to it

Still, U.S. Department of Homeland Security press secretary Tricia McLaughlin said people who “claim to be recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals are not automatically protected from deportations.” She also described Santiago as a “criminal illegal alien” who was arrested in Arizona on suspicion of trespassing, possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia in 2020. In the same statement, McLaughlin encouraged DACA recipients to self-deport.

She broke the terms of DACA with those crimes. One would think it would be a good idea to not break the law, which would end their DACA status. One would also think it would be a good idea to keep a low profile when one is an illegal alien given a free pass, not go all super-activist.

Judges have, in fact, deemed DACA unconstitutional, so, the judge is wrong. Might this end up at the Supreme Court, where they would most likely rule that DACA in full is unconstitutional and kill the whole program? Another good reason for DACA recipients to keep a low profile, lest they cause all to lose DACA status.

Doom Today: Australia Could See 450% Increase In Climate (scam) Deaths

Millions of Australians at risk from rising sea levels and heat deaths could soar, landmark climate report warns

The number of heat-related deaths in Sydney could surge by almost 450% if global heating surpasses 3C, according to a landmark report that finds no Australian community would be immune from the “cascading, compounding and concurrent” risks of a worsening climate.

The report also lays bare the heightened risk from rising sea levels on Australia’s populous coastal communities, including flooding, erosion and inundation.

It found that by 2050, 1.5 million coastal residents would be at risk, rising to more than 3 million by 2090.

The federal government on Monday released the long-awaited national climate risk assessment, providing the most detailed picture of the severe and far-reaching social and economic impact of the climate crisis for Australia.

Except, most tide gauges in Australia barely show any sea level rise. Sydney shows a whopping 0.8mm per year, which is 0.26 feet in 100 years. The gauge goes back to 1886.

Under a 3C scenario, the number of heat-related deaths in Sydney increases by 444% and by 423% in Darwin.

The assessment also modelled the economic impact, estimating the direct cost of floods, bushfires, storms and cyclones across the states and territories could reach $40bn a year in 2050 – even under a 1.5C scenario.

But the economic damage would extend beyond the disasters themselves.

For example, losses in property value could increase to $611bn by 2050, rising to $770bn by 2090. In another finding, the number days lost of work due to heatwaves could reach 2.7m across the workforce under the 3C scenario.

Two “Utah Men” Arrested For Trying To Blow Up Bomb Near Where Charlie Kirk Was Murdered

Magna man arrested for threat of terrorism after explosive device found underneath news media vehicle

A Magna man has been arrested on multiple charges related to weapons of mass destruction and the threat of terrorism after a federal investigation led to the evacuation of multiple homes in the area on Friday. The investigation followed the discovery of an explosive located underneath a news media vehicle in Salt Lake City.

Adeeb Nasir, 58, was arrested in Salt Lake County on Sunday on two counts of weapon of mass destruction – manufacture/possess/sell/use, a first-degree felony; attempted aggravated arson, a first-degree felony; four counts of explosive/chemical/incendiary – possessing parts, second and third-degree felonies; and two counts of threat of terrorism – use of weapon/hoax mass destruction, a second-degree felony.

On Sept. 12, members of the Salt Lake City Police Bomb Squad and Unified Fire Authority Arson/Bomb Squad responded to a suspicious device located in Salt Lake City. The device — an incendiary device — had reportedly been placed underneath a news media vehicle parked next to an occupied building.

The device had reportedly been lit but failed to function as designed, police said. Authorities confirmed that it was determined the incendiary device was real.

That’s a weird Mormon name. The other is Adil Justice Ahme Nasir, 31

Both suspects, including Adeeb Nasir, were found at the residence and arrested. Squad members cleared the home and found two hoax weapons of mass destruction inside, along with two firearms and illegal narcotics.

When questioned about the devices, both suspects reportedly told police that they were real. As a result, all law enforcement personnel executing the search warrant evacuated the residence and began proper procedure to dispose of the devices. Neighboring homes were also evacuated.

“The initial FBI search warrant authorized the seizure of evidence specifically related to the incendiary devices,” arrest documents state. “However, during the course of executing that warrant, law enforcement personnel observed additional contraband and evidence of crimes outside the scope of the original warrant, to include firearms and firearm-related items, explosives and explosive-related components, illegal narcotics and associated paraphernalia, as well as electronic devices reasonably believed to contain evidence of the above-described crimes.”

Hmm

Due to use of illegal drugs, Adeeb is a restricted person with a protective order against him that prevents him from possessing firearms. The second suspect, identified as “Adil,” is also a restricted person due to illegal narcotic use.

What’s the over/under that they are either illegal aliens/fake asylum seekers or refugees let in? I mean, it’s not like Utah is a hotbed of Islamic people.

Harvard University has rescinded its offer of admission to Kyle Kashuv, a Parkland survivor and conservative teen activist due to racist comments he made several years ago in group chats with other Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School students.

Yeah, the left went after him because of his Wrongthink. And, there are some other examples, but, not a lot, and you really do not get the cancelling over death threats from the Right, because there just aren’t that many. Cancel culture has run rampant on the Left, even against their own, and now they’re getting a taste of it from the right

People are getting fired for allegedly celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder. It looks like a coordinated effort

Dozens of social media posts and messages about the murder of Charlie Kirk, including some that celebrated his death, are being spotlighted by conservative activists, Republican elected officials and a doxxing website as part of an online campaign to punish the posters behind the messages.

Prominent far-right influencer Laura Loomer, a US senator, and a site called “Expose Charlie’s Murderers” have all drawn attention to people who have posted messages about Kirk’s Wednesday assassination.

The campaigns show how social media posts or personal messages — even by accounts with few followers or from people who are not public figures — could easily be surfaced and publicized, and people’s personal information can be spread across the internet at a time when doxxing is easier than ever.

The Charlie’s Murderers site, whose domain was registered anonymously and which says it is not a doxxing site, claims it has “received nearly 30,000 submissions,” according to a message on the site’s front page on midday Saturday. Currently, there are a few dozen submissions published on the site. “This website will soon be converted into a searchable database of all 30,000 submissions, filterable by general location and job industry. This is a permanent and continuously-updating archive of Radical activists calling for violence.”

I mean, Loomer is a nutball, but, these posts are not “alleged”: they’re real.

Heartache: EPA To End Rule Requiring Companies To Report Their CO2 Emissions

EPA to scrap greenhouse gas reporting for companies, including many in San Diego region

The federal Environmental Protection Agency has proposed ending a rule that requires businesses to report greenhouse gas emissions.

Thousands of oil refineries, coal and natural gas burning power plants, landfills and other facilities would no longer have to report how much they pollute if the agency moves forward with the change. In San Diego and Imperial counties, more than two dozen companies would no longer be subject to the reporting requirement.

“The (program) is nothing more than bureaucratic red tape that does nothing to improve air quality,” EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said in a press release. (snip)

The agency said the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program, which has been active since 2010, has been “burdensome” to businesses. The program requires large emission sources, those that produce over 25,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide a year, to report their emissions yearly. The database accounts for 50% of emissions in the U.S. according to the EPA website.

Zeldin said ending the rule would save businesses $2.4 billion dollars in regulatory costs.

The agency also said it would postpone data collection for petroleum and natural gas production until 2034, pushing back a requirement under President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act.

This is a good idea. The EPA should, instead, spend time on actual air pollutants like the Environmental Protection Act says, not the mythical carbon pollution. Hassle companies that actually pollute the air.

If All You See…

The blog of the day is Green Jihad, with a post on the Charlie Kirk assassin potentially being a Zizian cult member.

Are things running slightly better? I’ve turned off a bunch of unnecessary plugins, got ridden of a few. The plugin I used for creating folders for internal photos has been deactivate and replaced with Filebird, since every time I tried to use it I would get “connection lost”. I’m still getting connection losts” while writing posts, but, they tend to be quick. I haven’t gotten an offline email in a few days. And the number of bots has dramatically gone done, only getting about 5-10 emails per hour, not seeing the server go above 1GB (2 is the limit, there were times it was spiking to 6). Weirdly, when I see these little connection losts here I am not seeing it at my development site.

If you leave a comment and get a 503, the server still seems to be saving your comment. Another weird thing is that nothing will autopost. Whatever I write and set I still have to go back in and hit update to post. But, I’ll keep trying.

NY Times Seems Unclear On Messages Charlie Kirk Assassin Left Behind

The Police Found Messages After Kirk’s Killing. What They Mean Is Unclear.

When investigators in the killing of Charlie Kirk found a bolt-action rifle near the site where he was shot on a Utah campus, they said they also found casings scrawled with what seemed to be mysterious messages.

One read, “hey fascist! CATCH! (up arrow symbol, right arrow symbol, and three down arrow symbols),” according to an affidavit filed on Friday in a Utah court.

If the reference to fascism appeared to be straightforward, the arrows were most likely understandable only to certain subsets of gamers. They seem to refer to the popular video game Helldivers 2 and its sequence of controller moves to unleash a powerful bomb.

“It’s a joke in the Helldivers community that you can shut down any argument you disagree with by entering ^ > vvv and blowing the whole thing up,” Steve Iannelli, 38, a mechanical engineer and experienced player of the game who lives in Baltimore, said in an email.

So……the meaning is pretty damned clear to everyone else but the three NY Times idiots who wrote this. Did they also write the headline, or, was that an editor? Maybe they’re just trying to avoid mentioning that Democrats, from elected to the chattering class to the peasants, led by Credentialed Media outlets like the NY Times, have been calling Trump and anyone around him Fascists?

The messages found on the casings — including puerile jokes and a reference to a popular Italian song — are rooted in that coded communication style of the habitually online.

Even the reference to fascism has a clear echo in Helldivers 2, a satirical science fiction game in which the player battles an alien invasion on behalf of an Earth that is ruled by a thinly veiled fascistic government.

Nice try. Robinson simply used messages from online in the same way people repeat lines from TV shows and movies. I use many in real life, like, “don’t want none, don’t start none” from The Losers. “If ifs and buts were candies and nuts we’d all have a great Christmas” from Wings. “People aren’t wearing enough hats” from Monty Python’s Meaning Of Life. And others. Those of us who live in Reality Land know exactly what the Fascist message means

But these messages are difficult to parse. Internet in-jokes and references are slippery things, often deployed with multiple layers of irony. That left many Americans trying to crack the enigmatic messages: Was Mr. Robinson a man of the left or of the right, or something else entirely?

In a news conference on Friday morning, Gov. Spencer Cox of Utah, a Republican, said that the phrase “hey fascist! CATCH!” clearly showed the gunman’s intent. “I think that speaks for itself,” he said.

But even that message, which many on the right believed placed Mr. Robinson on the far left, may not be a reliable signpost to the suspect’s political beliefs.

They’re really trying this?

Mr. Rivera said he did not know whether Mr. Robinson had political views. According to the affidavit, investigators interviewed one of his family members, who said that Mr. Robinson had “become more political in recent years.”

They forgot to mention

(UK Independent) Robinson reportedly expressed negative views of Kirk and had spoken with a family member the day before the shooting “who also stated Kirk was full of hate and spreading hate,” Cox said

Why’d the Times forget that?

Then there was the message that read, “O Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Ciao, ciao!,” likely a reference to the popular Italian folk song “Bella Ciao.” Popularized as an antifascist anthem in Italy after World War II, it resurfaced globally in recent years because of its inclusion in the hit Netflix series “Money Heist” and in video games, including the first-person shooter game Far Cry 6.

The song is still well-known as antifascist. It was sung as a protest last year by progressive members of the European Parliament during a visit by Viktor Orban, Hungary’s far-right prime minister.

Yeah yeah yeah, the leftards have been calling themselves anti-Fascists since the 1st Trump term. The message is clear. Except in Liberal World. If the big shots in the Dem party are going to call Trump and all Republicans Fascists, Nazis, etc, and say that “Democracy Is On The Line!!!!” constantly, you’re going to get results.

EU Nations Having Trouble Settling On A Climate (scam) Deal

EU countries delay deal on new climate goal, diplomats say

European Union countries have shelved plans to approve a new climate change target next week, after pushback from governments including France and Germany over plans to quickly land a deal, three EU diplomats told Reuters on Friday.

Countries are discussing a legally-binding target to cut net EU greenhouse gas emissions by 90% by 2040, from 1990 levels – with a share of this covered by buying foreign carbon credits.

The European Commission has said this would offer investors certainty and keep Europe on track for net zero emissions by 2050. Climate change has made Europe the world’s fastest-warming continent, unleashing deadly heatwaves and record-breaking wildfires.

Really? I thought that was Antarctica? Or was it Asia? Or the Arctic?

But EU governments are divided over how ambitious to be in tackling global warming, as governments also try to increase defence spending and support struggling industries.

EU ministers had planned to approve the 2040 climate change target on September 18. However, EU countries’ ambassadors cancelled that plan in a meeting on Friday, three EU diplomats said.

Are they struggling because of the already insane scam rules and regulations? I wonder how the actual citizens of the EU feel about this. Do the Elites care?

Denmark, Spain and the Netherlands are among the countries backing the 90% emissions-cutting target, diplomats said.

Countries including France, Poland and Italy have pushed back on the proposed goal, and demanded it be escalated to heads of government – who next meet in October.

You know, I’m starting to think that this whole EU thing might have been a mistake, when it was really about making trade easier at the beginning. Mission creep.
