Seems like a good use of law enforcement time. Of course, the same people freaking out do not want law enforcement, even campus police, who are often sanctioned by the state, involved during allegations of sexual assault
Neo-Nazi stickers spotted on Duke campus
The most recent round of Nazi vandalism on Duke University campus was spotted Friday by a student who shared it on Facebook.
“I wanted to inform the community that posters from the neo-Nazi group Identity Evropa were placed around West Campus either late last night or this morning,” the person wrote. “Please be on the lookout for individuals distributing these materials and stay safe.”
Keith Lawrence, Duke University spokesman, confirmed that three such stickers were found. He said Duke police were investigating where they came from.
Duke has seen at least three incidents so far this semester in which pro-Nazi messages were left on campus.
Stickers! OMG, ideas! No one freaks out about Black Lives Matter material around campus, which, really, is racial supremacy material which pushes hatred of whites as well as separation from whites. How many times have college kids, and their teachers, pushed Israeli hatred and anti-Semitism? In fact, the WRAL article above uses the tag “anti-Semitism”. Some of the leaders of Identity Evropa seem to espouse the same hatred of Israel and Jews as Leftists.
Look, in no way am I defending IE. The Southern Poverty Law Center terms them an extremist hate group, and, they are rather correct when you look at other articles about them, and even their own materiel. Just because the SPLC mislabels other groups and individuals doesn’t mean they’re always wrong. IE is way more than a White separatist group, nor one that is pushing things like “it’s OK to be white.” But, to call them Neo-Nazis is just throwing out a scare-word. The SLPC says “Identity Evropa is at the forefront of the racist ‘alt-right’s’ effort to recruit white, college-aged men and transform them into the fashionable new face of white nationalism.”
Did they put the stickers on Duke campus? Well, they tweeted it

And they tweet pictures of their material posted all over. Don’t fall for their BS. But, they have a Constitutional right to their BS and their opinions. The best way to defeat bad ideas is with better ideas, not involving the police for Wrongthink. I’ll refer back to the quote under the blog name “If we don’t believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don’t believe in it at all.” And when people freak, over-react, and call the cops, you’re giving them what they want.
