It’s that time of the week again! Do you have an interesting post you want to share with everyone? The official Surrender Monkey of the Democratic Party says to do what the Lefties don’t, since they all have the same talking points: link it! Â
This week, the Official Surrender Monkey is taking a break. However, we have one of his siblings, who is a big John Murtha fan and impersonator
They look similar, eh? And they are both large surrender monkeys. Witness John Murtha’s letter in the USA Today:
Instead of sticking with a failed policy, I propose a new policy. Instead of “stay and pay,” which is what this administration continues to argue, I propose that we “redeploy and be ready.” We must redeploy American troops out of the cities to the periphery and create a quick reaction force ready to attack only when the national security of the United States or its allies in the region is at risk.
The American people are not naive. They know a failed policy when they see one. Iraq is a failed policy. It’s time to redeploy.
I’m not sure if this was actually traitorous, but it damn sure doesn’t do much for troop morale. That is, if they even listen to this surrender monkey.
Why is it that Democrats, including Murtha and John Kerry, have set themselves up to benefit if the United States of America, their home country, loses in Iraq? Hell, loses the GWOT. Disgusting.
It looks like “redeploy” is the new buzz word of the Defeatocrats. Of course, they mean redeploying back to the USA. Redeploy is just another word for cut and run, ie, surrender.
Of course, when called on it, they lie (see the Captains Quarters). Only 6 Dems had the guption to vote how they really feel during the the vote on pulling the troops out of Iraq by the end of the year: Kerry, Feingold, Boxer, Byrd, Harkin, and Kennedy.
We’ll see if Murtha has the cajones to vote for cutting and running when the House votes.
Send a trackback to this post, but don’t forget to link it.
FYI: apparently, trackbacks weren’t working. Had something to do with the anti comment spam plugin I was using, blocked all trackbacks. WordPress kinda treats trackbacks like comments, and since no one was able to enter the validation code….So I have turned it off. Thanks to Beth at Blue Star Chronicles for pointing it out.
I know I owe Beth a link to her Carnival of the Blue Stars #14. Do I owe anyone else links? Let me know. Sorry!
