    It seems to me that if there was one place on Earth suited for geothermal power generation, it would be Hawaii. All that volcanic heat, and plenty of ocean water for cooling.

      Same with Yellowstone. But leftists refuse to let anything interfere with their “management” of wilderness areas. To them, any development at all in a park area is evil. Iceland doesn’t have that problem and therefore has plenty of clean energy to spare (and they never let you forget it).
