On November 21, 2023, Ryan Fournier, co-founder of Students for Trump, was arrested in Johnston County, North Carolina, for allegedly pistol whipping his girlfriend after grabbing her right arm. He would be charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of assault on a female. He was charged with domestic assault on a female and assault with a deadly weapon.
The other co-founder of Students for Trump, John Lambert, was arrested in 2021 and sentenced to 13 months in prison for posing as a lawyer in a fraud scheme.
Nearly 20% of American women have reported being sexually assaulted. How many more don’t report it? There are about half a million sexual assaults of girls 12 and older reported each year in the US. Most girls don’t report the “pussy grabbing” and “stolen kisses” that happen in high school and college. Many young men feel entitled to “persuade” women to have sex. Some young women feel guilty for “leading” men on and acquiesce, feeling it’s more trouble to resist than to “give it up”.
Carroll felt she was partly to blame for Trump’s assault of her in the Bergdorf dressing room, because she agreed to re-enter the store with him.
