The House passed a bill Thursday that will enable law enforcement to deport illegal migrants caught driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The measure passed with the support of 274 lawmakers, but a staggering 150 Democrats voted against it.
The Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to ensure that illegal migrants caught driving under the influence can be deported and not allowed back into the U.S.
‘In the United States, someone dies in a crash with an impaired driver every 45 minutes,’ Rep. Barry Moore, who introduced the bill, told Fox News.
‘I lost two of my young newlywed constituents to an illegal immigrant driving under the influence of alcohol.’ (snip)
In December, an illegal migrant from El Salvador, who had previously been deported from the U.S. four times, was accused of killing a Colorado mother and her son in a crash that involved alcohol, according to local news outlet KDVR.
What is the matter with these people? They really want to keep illegal aliens, who were already deported many times in some cases, kept in the U.S. so they can endanger American citizens? It’s insane.
From a political POV, House Republicans should keep bringing up these types of bills, putting Democrats on the record when it comes to illegal immigration and crime.
Thats okay. IN NY Illegals attacked two policemen and kicked and beat them as they were trying to detain one of the illegals near a shelter.
They were all released without bond.
MOST Democrats love them some lawlessness. Thankfully about 50 Dems voted for this act. Is that picking on Illegals? Perhaps but then citizens still have some rights, while those waiting to become citizens have some personal responsibility to show that they are worthy of citizenship. However, the way the PROGRESSIVE COMMUNISTS are leading, this will not last too much longer in our country.
Trump finally took leads in the polling in every swing state. Now given that in 2020 he was trailing by 3-10 points in most polls nationally and is leading NOW. I would say this,
If we believe the left cheats, steals votes and elections then these polls mean nothing. This most likely is the leftist that run most of these polls begging the Democrats to toss Joe and put someone else on the ballot, such as Obama, Newsome, Donald Duck…It will be interesting to see if Biden wins and the house is retaken by the Democrats with polling showing that blacks favor Trump by 23 points instead of 5 FIVE points and Trump leading every swing state and nationally right now.

In the United States isn’t the power to deport granted only to qualified immigration judges?
Does this bill grant that power to any policeman without recourse to our court system?

Perhaps we could implant some sort of chip in them, which will set off alarms if ever back in the US, that will lead law enforcement back to them?
Why does the “President” need any kind of deal with Republicans to close down and secure the border?
