Supposedly Jack Smith is illegal anyway, but what does that matter? The Dems make the rules as they go along, trashing the constitution as they see fit all the while declaring that Trump and MAGA are the ones trying to destroy Democracy.
Smith was not voted on by Congress. He was simply appointed by the DOJ without congressional authorization, making his position illegal as a special counsel. But who cares?
