     That’s what my Dad always said. He said that he was on a troop ship to be part of an invasion force for mainland Japan, but they got redirected to Korea instead. He was in the Army, but spent most of his time on ships in Inchon harbor, doing logistics

     Is that Judge Aileen Cannon, appointed by Trump, after ruling in Trump’s favor time and again in 2022 in Trump vs United States, and who now rules in his favor once again in United States vs Trump? The Eleventh Circuit rebuked Cannon over several of her rulings in Trump vs United States, finally instructing her to dismiss the Trump’s case against the United States. This is it the same Aileen Cannon?

     The far-right is whining that a judge appointed by Obama is overseeing Fat Donnie‘s Election Steal criminal trial??? LOL.

   Trump was not charged with conspiracy to incite violence or insurrection. Rather, he was charged because he “spread lies that there had been outcome-determinative fraud in the election and that he had actually won.”

   In order to secure convictions for this, Special Counsel Jack Smith would need to bulldoze through not just the First Amendment but also existing case law holding that even false statements are protected.

   The Defendant perpetrated three criminal conspiracies:

   a. A conspiracy to defraud the United States by using dishonesty, fraud, and
   deceit to impair, obstruct, and defeat the lawful federal government function
   by which the results of the presidential election are collected, counted, and
   certified by the federal government, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371;

   b. A conspiracy to corruptly obstruct and impede the January 6 congressional
   proceeding at which the collected results of the presidential election are
   counted and certified (“the certification proceeding”), in violation of 18
   U.S.C. § 1512(k);and

   c. A conspiracy against the right to vote and to have one’s vote counted, in
   violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241.

   Mr Turley may have missed part of law school. Trump is accused of conspiracy to retain the presidency after losing the election, not of lying.

   Recall that then-president Trump attempted to engage a number of fake electors to replace the legitimate electors or 7 states. He attempted to get VP Pence to just make him president. Recall too that lies in furtherance of a crime are not protected speech.

     In his defense, Mr Turley believes Mr Trump has real trouble with the Stolen Documents Case in Florida, but that he got lucky with the “random” assignment of supportive Judge Aileen Cannon.

       If you are in a horse race and the other guy shoots your horse and thus wins the race. Would you be wrong to protest? And if the judges see no problem, would you be wrong to protest their corruption?

       This is not the first time the Dems have cheated. They did it the Kennedy/ Nixon race. Think what that meant. 60,000 good American boys were killed by Kennedys stupidity and LBJ desiring to make more money selling military goods, some of which killed American soldiers due to their pathetic workmanship.

    But it’s quite clear from the New York Times article that Biden was encouraging his attorney general to use the power of the government to stop Trump from returning to office.

    Experts have panned the indictment for being incredibly weak.
