The Democrat is no stranger to law enforcement, having twice resigned from politics after arrests for offenses including fraud, stalking, and bomb threats.

    The Court dismissed the appeal by Louisiana Secretary of State, Republican Kyle Ardoin, of a federal judge’s decision that the map drawn by the Republican-led state legislature of the House districts likely discriminated unlawfully based on race.

    The Supreme Court on Monday left in place a decision that allows more than 230 men to sue Ohio State University over decades-old sexual abuse by a university doctor, the late Richard Strauss.

    CiLia Thomas ineligible for Olympics after new FINA ruling on transgender athletes

    The International Swimming Federation (FINA) overwhelmingly voted on Sunday to revoke eligibility for transgender athletes who wish to compete based on gender identity.

    The new standards make it harder for men to transition and compete in women’s divisions by prohibiting male athletes to compete as women if they went through male puberty.

    The measure passed with 71.5% approval from the FINA Member Federations. The association is an international governing body for the sport that affects Olympic events.

    Nitrous oxide is mixed with air/oxygen. In the US the recommendation is to reduce the leakage of nitrous oxide from the delivery system.

    Expectant moms can breathe all the air they want.

    The rebellion in Russia started by the Wagner group should be instructive to the nuGOP (MAGAts).

    The next time Republicuns have the WH, House, SCOTUS and Senate they need to “encourage” the formation of a non-government militia (The Republican Guard?) outfitted with the best available arms and equipment. At the same time they need to reverse wokism in the US military and replace the leadership with nuGOP loyalists.

    The nuCon rebuilding of America must have the US military on their side.
