The only place I can surmise you came up with a 52 percent number is the Clinton win in 2016 certainly not the Trump SHELLACKING in 2020. So 6 percent of the mail in votes were Fraudulent meaning:
60.18 becomes 54.18 In line with 2016 where the (D) got 52 percent.
All three major candidates got essentially a 6 percent increase in votes over 2016 results.
