Civil disobedience is now a felony

Another impoverished red state trying to remain in the past

It’s the Democrats who are wanting to keep the gendarmerie in Washington, DC, for another sixty days, not the red states.

As usual, Hairy has problems with facts.

It is already illegal under federal law to walk on, block or impede traffic on highways. Discretion is given to the states for penalties and enforcement. (Which would allow for someone walking along the road because of a broken car, etc.)

The reasoning behind the Federal law is simple – safety.

Hairy and the left hate people so much that the advocate people getting run over at 65 mph.

Then again, all the left has is hate.

      Poor Hairy……

He calls other states names while in his own state:

      Pedestrians

In New York State, many of the same laws that apply to a driver of a vehicle apply to pedestrians using the roadways. Pedestrians must obey all traffic signals, signs and pavement markings. Pedestrians have the legal right to share the road on most public highways, but they are prohibited on interstates, expressways and parkways. In addition, authorities with jurisdiction over other controlled access highways may prohibit pedestrians. Pedestrians are required to use sidewalks where they are provided and safe to use. When sidewalks are not provided, a pedestrians is required to walk on the left side of the roadway, facing traffic.

Furthermore, looking further, the violation for deliberately blocking a highway in New York is a felony.

Hairy hates when other states enact laws that left leaning New York has.

Then again, all the left has is hate.

And yet for some dumbass reason years ago they switched that for bicycles which now go with the traffic. Of course that means they have no idea what’s coming at them from behind but that’s okay I guess.
