There is no evidence to believe this is true. On the contrary, the US military reflects the society that it is drawn from, accounting for those people who want a steady government paycheck. On top of that, life in the US military is the closest thing to actual communism that the USA can create. Even a hippie Commune in Oregon will have private property and deeds for the land. But the military has government provided housing, food, health care, child care, dependent schools, travel, recreation, and religion. Everything you need is provided, according to what the government says you need, including strict gun control. You can’t hang around that long enough to become a general and not come away with an ingrained attitude that government has a moral obligation to control every detail of the lives of the people below you.
If the US military members have a defining characteristic, it is loyalty to command. They can be counted on to follow orders. A handful of outliers like specialist New, Bergdhal, and Bradley Manning are not part of the pattern.
Plus… 99% of the Air Force and Navy and 3/4 of the Army are useless with guns of any sort.

The military is mostly drawn from the ordinary people who make up this country, not the Haavahds. Imagine them being ordered to open fire on a street march similar to the Tea Party rallies.

You wouldn’t see them ordered to fire into a crowd. That is a tactic more at home in 1776 than 2019+. But as for motivations, it isn’t that hard to paint your enemy as an enemy of the constitution and get those patriotic Americans from the Midwest to go all in. We could have long conversations about what this looks like, but since it is all speculation, your speculation is as good as mine. The one thing that is not open for debate though is that the US military is as much a part of the SWAMP as any other federal agency. You will have no trouble at all finding hardened socialists, Democrats, and Obama voters in all ranks and services, just as you cannot doubt that Obama won two elections as president.

Everybody in the Army’s taught to shoot. Swabs and airmen are taught to shoot as well. You don’t have to be Carlos Hathcock to hit a target 10 yards away.
“Taught to shoot” != “any good at it”. I have worked with these people extensively on weapons ranges. I am telling you the cold hard facts and general trends I have personally observed. There really are people who can’t hit an E-type silhouette from 7 yards away. LOTS of them. Add to that the stress of performing against real people and you run into things like “take the safety off” and “forgot to load the weapon” issues. Most of the people in the Army are Tail, not Tooth. They fire 100 rounds per year for qualification on rifles (including practice) and 40 for pistols. They get a lot more than that if they are preparing to deploy. It’s like those stories you hear about police getting in a shootout where the police empty their magazines at close range and don’t hit anyone.

Let us not forget that during this entire impeachment proceeding the DOJ and Durham have flipped Baker. For those who do not know, Baker was the FBI’s lead counsel including the FISA lead lawyer. He at one time was not cooperating and now he has flipped and is cooperating and is considered to be Witness number one.
What does that mean? It means he probably has first-hand knowledge of exactly who requested the FISA warrants and how they were obtained including the illegal activities to obtain them.
This leads to the White House which at the same time was attempting to cover up their corruption in Ukraine. It was so very important in so many ways for HRC to continue Obama’s legacy so none of this would come out.
Once Trump was elected president the entire deep state went into a panic including many top officials claiming the coup is on. Up until this point they have been able to deflect but now with witness number One flipping and aiding Barr and Durham this investigation is going to net criminal indictments which will lead to the White House and may include Biden but I think it will spare Obama.
The main reason why Schiff said in his opening statements that the GOP cannot grandstand and bring the Bidens or the Ukraine corruption of the Obama administration into the proceedings. Not to worry folks. Barr and the DOJ are all over this and far more will come of their criminal investigation than any impeachment proceedings motivated by politics.

That’s what I’m saying. It is not a crime for the President of the United States to ask a foreign government for help in investigating a crime. Especially treason. Trump never asked for the Ukraine’s leaders to come to a certain determination, convict anybody or break any laws only to investigate.
