Feds Spend $100k On Condom Negotiation

I think they’re a bit late since most in the study were already pregnant

(Washington Examiner) The administration is funding a $100,000 study of pregnant and “at-risk” 14-17-year-old girls on probation in Houston, Texas, to determine ways to help them choose safer lifestyles and avoid pregnancy, including better “condom negotiation” tactics. The National Institutes of Health , part of the Health and Human Services Department, is providing a University of Houston researcher the money because of the lack of study of female teen juveniles in trouble with the law.

And they’ve decided to use girls who already in correctional facilities. Perhaps they could simply teach them to keep their legs closed? Obviously, that would conflict with everything else liberals are teaching kids about sex.

I hear condom negotiation and I can only think 2 things:
    1) how to convince a store to give out free condoms since everyone else is doing it.
    2) how to place condoms on to all forms of vegetables without tearing.

And, why are we having problems with teen pregnancy when we’ve had decades of liberal indoctrination telling us that teen sex is normal, we just need to give them free condoms. Heck, NMBLA and Animal Love is now normal.

Washington state has now become the latest liberal flunky bastion to remove all references to gender and gender identification from marriage documents.

Teach now the GOP is teh anti sex party ? What about all the pretty girls you post pics of? I think would be a pretty sad world if they were keeping their legs closed all the time

Yeah john…. I am sure that you have a lot of experience with sex with teenage girls.

BTW – are you saying that as a male, you wouldn’t want to use a condom? In other words, are you really saying that you would force intercourse on a young girl without wearing a condom?

That’s the basis of the study john, and you support it.

Actually, I think he’s saying he has lots of experience with young girls in detention facilities.
