I Bet Obama Donors Loved Listening To Cee Lo Green Sing “F*** You”

Hey, it’s the new era of civility (via Memeorandum)

(ABC News) Singer Cee Lo Green just finished performing his hit song at President Obama’s campaign fundraiser at the Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Ga., and he started with the uncensored version.

The Grammy-winner and Atlanta native flicked off the audience before asking, “Can I curse in here?” But he didn’t wait for the answer, belting out “f*** you!” Cee Lo ultimately switched to the censored “Forget You” lyrics.

Simply wonderful. Bet those paying $35,000 a plate enjoyed it. Don Surber puts this under “Evil” in his Daily Scoreboard. How about “misogynistic”? Hey, don’t blame: even liberal feminists think so. And here.

Jammie Wearing Fools tells PBO to keep it classy, as does the POH Diaries and the Lonely Conservative. MacsMind “wonders what Sasha and Malia would think.” Scared Monkeys thinks Obama might have finally settled on his 2012 slogan. Gateway Pundit has video.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney refused to comment on the song earlier today when pressed by reporters aboard Air Force One.

Ya know, this administration refuses to take responsibility for anything.

Obama couldn’t lead a bunch of nuns to a convent.

  2. Somehow, I know it has to be Bush’s fault.

Oh, and it was probably raaaaacist to point the story out.

    from another article:

At a posh fundraiser in Atlanta, where 40 guests each paid $35,800 to attend, President Obama talked about . . . the weather. As today’s White House pool reporter notes:

Potus talked about how he had been in Chicago and Atlanta and how the weather was so warm. “It gets you a little nervous about what is happening to global temperatures. When it is 75 degrees in Chicago in the beginning of March, you start thinking.

Yep, because we all know weather in one month in one year makes climate. Was he griping about global warming few years ago when Chicago residents were dying from the cold?

This fundraiser was at the home of Tyler Perry. Here’s how the pooler describes the home:

“[It’s] a vast French –chateau style mansion reached by a steep winding road deep into the woods away from the road in a well heeled suburb of Atlanta. A fountain sits in the courtyard lit up by white lights under the water.

Upon entering the room, the president said, “Usually we have better accommodation for events but we decided to slum it here.”

uh-huh. Why don’t you go to the real Chicago or real Detroit and find out for yourself what a slum is.

You’re not that far off. Remember the Abu Ghraib scandal?

Remember how the left screamed for the Bush to be prosecuted as a war criminal and for war crimes? For the things done at the prison under the theory that he was the commander and chief and therefore responsible for the actions?

It was faux outrage, but the hue and cry was loud.

Forward to today, and you have the Koran burning incident and a soldier shooting 16 people and you would think there would be an outcry for Obama to be tried as a war criminal under the same (faux) outrage.

    Nope.

Gee, I wonder why that is?

“Do as I say, not as I do”, Carney said, when asked how the President responded to Cee Lo’s performance.
