The Skivies Bandits Ride Again

Back in February, I wrote about the Lingerie Bandits. They’re back with a vengence. Authorities say someone stole more than 200 bras and panties, worth about $4,000, from the Victoria’s Secret at Cary Towne Center. This happened over the weekend. Is anyone awake at that Victoria’s Secret? Just silly. In many ways.
