Neon Madman,

Thanks for the advice.

Isn’t pro-bono work correcting conservative disinformation “a life”? Or at least part of one.

The stock market has more than doubled since Obama took office, that’s over a 100% return!

In contrast, under the prior regime, the Dow Jones had dropped some 20 percent from 2001 to 2009.

Actually, presidents have little direct effect on the Dow. Less directly conservative deregulation in the 20s (Coolidge/Hoover) and 80s-90s (Reagan/Bush/Clinton) resulted in the Roaring 20s (and the market crash/ Great Depression), the S&L bubble of the 80s, the dot.com bubble of the 90s, and the housing bubble of the oughts (and the Great Recession).

Maybe it’s a coincidence but the most stable market and economy was between the Great Depression up until the 1980s. Even though top marginal income rates were 70-90%, we paid down our WWII debt, built our infrastructure (roads, airports, colleges, bridges, damns), and built the strongest middle class in history. And there were no “bubbles” to crash, thanks to strict financial regs.

Maybe it’s a coincidence that the House and Senate (and often the White House) was under Democratic control during the good years.

Except Jeffery the stock market is in a bubble that many people think will cause the country into another recession.

I agree that the President has little effect on the stock market, but I wasn’t the one who was making that claim – your buddy john was.

You remember john don’t you? He was the one that you tried to prop up after the government’s own figures proved him (and you) wrong.

As for the rest of your rant, there are so many factual errors that it is not even funny.

Classic gitar! Dredging up and re-writing the past!

Pick one factual error, thanks.

Dredging up and re-writing the past!

How is saying that the government’s own figures proved you and john wrong?

The only thing that happened was that you tried to redefine and change what john said.

That failed and failed miserably.
