Er, Warmists math skills are about on par with their ability to practice what they preach
The Government has been accused of being “reckless and short-sighted” over green policies, as it was warned there were just 50 months to take action to prevent catastrophic climate change.
The heads of organisations from Greenpeace to the Women’s Institute, business leaders and experts called on politicians to grab the opportunity to deal with climate change, which they said was one of the greatest threats to human progress.
In a letter to the Guardian, they said that on current trends there were just 50 months before the world crossed a critical threshold, beyond which it would be unlikely to limit temperature rises to no more than 2 degrees C.
The individuals and groups are all outlining things they will do differently over the next 50 months to ensure the world does not cross a threshold that makes it unlikely to avoid dangerous climate change.
The groups and individuals are calling on the Government and opposition to say what they will do over the next 50 months to “grab the opportunity of action and prevent catastrophic climate change”.
Well, I guess we can’t really blame Warmists for the math-challanged headline. We can laugh at the notion that we’re doomed if Something Is Not Done in the next 50 months (that’s 4 years and 2 months for Warmists). Of course, the solutions from these organizations to solve hotcoldwetdry is to dump enormous amounts of Other People’s money into a low “carbon” economy and energy, as well as “spreading awareness” through indoctrination education programs.

I suggest we do nothing about climate change and consider it to be the “control group.” Then after two years we’ll call the experiment completed. The Greens’ explanation about why nothing happened should be worth hearing.

Every con man in America works the same way:
Start with a scare or promise the victim can’t process mentally.
Next, tell them they need to act immediately (before they have time to plan adequately) or the horrible outcome will be reality/the great opportunity will be lost forever.
Promise them the world (unique survival or uncountable riches)in return for trusting the con.
Fleece the victim.
The global warmists/climate controllists really just want to control you and they will fleece you like any garden variety con man would if given half the chance.
