Via News 14 Raleigh:
Investigators said a woman smashed her car into a Garner beauty salon Thursday.
Police said she told them she thought her car was in reverse when she ran into a large pillar outside the Beauty Essence Salon.
No one was seriously hurt.
The salon remained open, though customers had to enter through the back door.
The driver was in her 70’s, and the police have declined charges. I don’t mention "in her 70’s" to make fun of her age, rather, that she has had plenty of practice shifting gears. :)
