A federal judge, appointed by President Joe Biden, has blocked President Donald Trump’s administration from using an updated verification system, known as the SAVE program, to remove foreign nationals from state voter rolls.
On Monday, Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia by Biden, issued an order to prevent the Trump administration from using a streamlined version of the federal government’s SAVE program to combat voter fraud.
The update to SAVE allowed states to more quickly verify that only American citizens are voting in federal elections by no longer requiring that all nine digits of a voter registrant’s Social Security Number have to be entered to verify eligibility.
“This case implicates two fundamental rights that protect Americans from government overreach: the right to privacy and the right to vote,” Sooknanan, an immigrant from Trinidad and Tobago, wrote:
In the past year, several federal agencies have joined forces to create a centralized federal database that contains the private information of United States citizens, including Social Security numbers, citizenship status, and other sensitive data. [Emphasis added]
The federal government has that information already, Judge Stripper, er, Sparkle. Los Federales have even failed to restrict social security numbers from being used for Social Security. Now they are linked to people’s credit reports and so much more, which is against what numbers were meant for. And having those SS numbers allows Los Federales to see if there are duplicates, since illegals like to steal the identities of Americans.
I give this 2 weeks till a federal Courts of Appeal quashes it.

Eazy-peazy. Every United States citizen should have their VERIFIED voter identification number tattooed (as an easily scanned bar code) on the inside of their right forearm. Or left arm if they have no right. No arms, no problem. Upper chest tattoo. This can be used by police, ICE, driver licenses, ID, bank accounts etc.
Problem solved. No tattoo, no vote.
Totally insane, incompetent and America-hating Donny wants to run an end-around on Congress as part of his attempts to rig the mid-terms. He is panicked! The Constitution is clear that elections are the responsibility of the states. And anyway, there is no evidence that non-citizens vote. This is just another trump scam.

“All in all, the federal government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote,” Sooknanan said in an order explaining the decision. “This Court cannot stand idly by while that happens.”
She said Congress had expressly prohibited the government from centralizing Americans’ personal identifying information and that the federal agencies that created the SAVE program “knew that the database violates those statutory protections.”
Mr Dana wonders why non-trump-owned judges interpret the laws (or Executive Orders). The SAVE ACt is not a law.
