Just a guess but would some of those states also be the states that were forced by the Feds to integrate schools in the 50svand trams in the 70s like in Remember the ytitans

    • CarolAnn says:

H, why would any of that matter since all those people from the 70s are either 90 years old or dead has nothing to do with it. You people just can’t get over it can you? There’s no compromising with you there’s no saying OK well maybe we’re right on this time ever. You’re always right about everything.

      • Professor Hale says:

Many boomers are at that age where they are suffering from dementia. They think things they saw on TV are their own real memories. They are forever stuck in the 60’s thinking they are standing up to the “man”, when in reality, they became the Man decades ago.

        • h says:

Boomers are one the highest demo groups that voted for Trump. Boomers DO tend to be more conservative, and of course tend to be the group that leads in being Climate Change Deniers. My opinion is that many in that cohort do not want to see change, it makes them be more aware of their own mortality. 90% of American men over 60 must take an average of 4 meds each day, mainly due to poor life style choices. Red states lose their boomers much faster. Here in NYC life expectancy is 83.5 years, even more than Hawaii the top ranked state.

          • JimS says:

Many of the folks in the civil rights movement in the 50s and 60s are also boomers. That particular segment of the boomers still feel the need for a “cause” and gravitate to the climate change cult and BLM nonsense. I suspect many of the current college crowd are motivated by a similar idea, or are encouraged by boomer professors in search of a cause.

Why CarolAnn thank you for the compliment. I am really like the MilliVanilli, I am lip synching facts I have found. because much of my knowledge is simply using the internet to determine facts, I really don’t trust my gut feelings but prefer to look for information I am personally lacking. I do try to be open minded about subjects I have little knowledge about. This often causes surprises, like learning that gun deaths re higher in rural areas, or that NYC awash with migrants has a lower homicide rate than North Carolina. Until I fact checked I didn’t know.

        • Jl says:

Johnny-“much of my knowledge is simply using the internet to determine facts..”. Ok, so what internet site did you use to tell us continually for months about the “Trump trillion dollar permanent tax cuts for the elites” which was total BS? Is that site still in operation?

      • h says:

CarolAnn better use a calculator when doing math. someone who is now 90 would have been born in the 1934 . They might have even been a WW2 Vet. Def not a post WW2 baby boomer.

        • CarolAnn says:

Gee H, I was just eyeballing that somebody born in 1934 would be 30 in 1964 which would make him a part of the protests could have been 10 years younger I was just eyeballing it. But the math holds. So if you wanna be exact on every single detail and not be able to give an approximation that’s OK too you could talk to yourself and go back to Wikipedia and all the other little things that you call fact checks which are not fact checks because they’re all affected by other people’s opinions. And their opinions are not facts they’re opinions.

You leftists crack me up. You go to a bunch of made-up websites or left-leaning news organizations and call that a Fact Check. Who’s checking the facts of the fact checkers? You’re the same guy who spent three years telling us all about how Russia Russia Russia was. And it was all a scam. You’re the same guy that’s telling us that CO2 is gonna blow up the world and it’s a scam. You think a schoolgirl is a climate scientist and a whole bunch of lawyers can determine whether a man can become a woman. None of it’s true and most of your facts and fact checks are BS. But thanks for playing anyway.

Good catch, Johnny. And remember all those schools that were forced by the Feds to integrate were in the Democratic south. As the south has turned Republican, all institutional racism has disappeared.

Think the dems aren’t shitting their pants like Brandon over Trump?

“So, my advice to tell these young people to get off your motherfucking ass and go vote because you should vote like your entire future and the entire future of this United States depends on it because quite frankly, it does, and that’s not an exaggeration,” Carville added.

The Gateway Pundit filed for bankruptcy.

First, they came for Alex Jones but I wasn’t a listener so said nothing.

Next, they came for Donald Trump but I wasn’t a MAGAt so said nothing.

Then, they came for Jim Hoft but I considered Hoft a liar so said nothing.

The jurors in the case of George Alan Kelly were not able to reach a decision about the verdict after deliberating for more than two days on the case, per the Associated Press.

On Monday, the persecutors had the option to retry or drop the case. Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge Thomas Fink dismissed the case as requested by the prosecution.

  5. Elwood P. Dowd says:

According to a newly published Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report, 3.6 million babies were born in 2023, about 54.4 live births for every 1,000 women between the ages of 15 to 44. This is down by 2% from 2022 and the lowest it’s been in over a century.

About 31% of Americans under 60, including 38% of millennials who aren’t parents, say they don’t plan to have kids because raising a child is too expensive. Additionally, of parents of minors who don’t plan to have more children, 1 in 5 say it’s because the cost of raising kids is too high.

The average student debt per borrower is $37,088, according to the Education Data Initiative. As student loan debt rises, many borrowers struggle to reach what have been traditionally considered milestones such as purchasing a home and having children. Additionally, the U.S. lacks supportive policies, compared to other nations, surrounding affordable childcare and paid parental leave, making it difficult for parents to juggle work and family life.

Plummeting fertility rates have led to American women now having 1.6 kids on average, below the 2.1 replacement rate which is needed to sustain the population, according to Vox. This shortage of people is pointing to a smaller workforce in the future, which experts say has the potential to further strain economic growth.

The Centers for Disease control and prevention? Aren’t they the same guys that said that we had to get vaccinations that weren’t vaccines? Same guys would set up to take two weeks to flatten the curve? Same guys that said we had to close our schools our businesses etcetera etcetera? Ohh I know who they are they’re fuckin liars.
