We miscalculated in 2016. In Wayne County MI we lost a tractor trailer load of 20,000 fresh ballots which would have won MI for Hillary. In Philly, two different minidrives were dropped down a drain and washed away. The 50,000+ votes would have put her over the top in PA. And in WI a drive with over 25,000 Hillary votes, hidden in a wedge of cheddar, was accidently swallowed by a caterer’s assistant.
We have since tightened up our procedures. Mr Trump has said he can take states like NY and NJ.

The DC Appeals Court just ruled against citizen Trump’s claim of absolute immunity for ex-presidents. The 57 page written decision was unanimous and gives common citizen Trump until next Monday to appeal to the US Supreme Court or the case reverts to Judge Chutkan. This means that then-president, now ordinary citizen’s, attempt to subvert the 2020 election results can be prosecuted.
Of course, common citizen Trump’s objective is to delay any legal decisions until his potential reelection where he can pardon himself, or just say fuck you-uns! It’s likely that Trump’s personal Supreme Court will take this case under advisement and hold it until the next term, which starts next October!! There’s an outside chance that Trump’s personal Supreme Court will not take up the case, and SMOTUS will let the Appeals Court decisions stand, turning common citizen Trump’s fate back to Judge Chutkan.
The Appeals Court made clear in their 57 page decision that then-president Trump’s actions to subvert the 2020 election were NOT legal presidential actions!!
Said the court, “former president Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant.”
“We cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter,” the judges wrote. Doing so, they said, “would collapse our system of separated powers by placing the President beyond the reach of all three branches.”
Citizen Trump has responded, “If immunity is not granted to a President, every future President who leaves office will be immediately indicted by the opposing party. Without complete immunity, a President of the United States would not be able to properly function!”
