Lauren looks lovely. I’m sure that cup of coffee is offending some fruitcake because it oppresses workers or something. I’ve got some snowflake friends that won’t drink coffee because of that. One won’t drink coffee because the land should be used for food instead of profit and there are starving people in the world.
Somebody sent me a bag of coffee from Hawaii for Christmas. I brewed some this morning. Its awful. Worse than starbucks coffee. Its bad beans burnt in the roaster to hide that they’re bad. Tastes like a cup of charcoal water. Now I’ll have to lie to them when they ask how I enjoyed the expensive island coffee.

This must be very disappointing to John “severe weather” Kerry.
Lost in this last election was the entire electoral lock the GOP put on the state of OHIO. In fact after the 2018 midterms the GOP controls both senate seats, every congressional seat as well as the state legislature. The massacre has been so bad in Ohio over the last 4-6 years the democrats have openly discussed giving up on Ohio.
The problem for them is that Ohio is very reflective of PA. WI and MI in that the voters in all 4 states are very similar both culturely and politically and so the left has been presented with quite a conundrum as the right takes over the Midwest the left is working on Georgia, FL and Texas.
As I predicted in 2002 the USA is headed for another situation in which the political parties change their electorate and platforms. Each assuming many ideas of the other party while that party cedes their ideas to the other. A political flip flopping if you will.
As we can see now the right is becoming more worker centric and less wall street oriented while the left has wholly embraced wall street and the billionaires for power as well as abandoning the worker in a power grab by having a mass influx of immigrants. Remember it was years ago the right was accused by the left of letting illegals into the country to HELP WITH CHEAP LABOR. Even Obama and HRC voted for stronger and tighter controls on the border.
Now we have just the opposite happening in each party. Additionally the Right while maintaining its small government mentality has become anti-war while the left in response to the right is now starting to beat the drums for war including declaring war on Russia and screaming about pulling out of Syria and Afghanistan.
Hello 2016 the year in which the parties began their every third generational switch in politics and values.
