Two Questions: Popup Comments And Threaded Comments

With the upgrade to WordPress 4.7.2, a few things went wacky. The mobile theme wasn’t working, nor was Jetpack, nor popup comments. Jetpack, which you wouldn’t have really noticed, is fixed.
