The first thing I saw was a graph representing the slope of the rise of earth’s temperature over time.
In this graphic, also helpfully illustrated by Kathy Ireland, all I see is the slope of the earth’s sea ice coverage over time.

I would like to conduct a seminar in the proper use of graphics to represent scientific data to the media consumers. I’d like to first spend some time shooting my own subjects to get more sophisticated examples. I have a lot of ideas for the “bathtub curve” and the “bell curve”.
