Moonbats Make Appearence At Washington Post

Well, we know that Moonbatus Progressus should never be considered for any sort of endangered or protected species list. They are popping up like coyotes, even at supposedly sane bastions of the truth

Washington Post reporter Barton Gellman was online Monday, June 25 at 1 p.m. ET to discuss his stories about how Dick Cheney built one of the most powerful vice presidencies in U.S. history and his role in post-9/11 decisions.

Let’s get to some of the questions, shall we?

  • New York: Do you know if any U.S. military or CIA detainees have tried to sue their interrogators under the War Crimes Act? (cause we love those crazy detainees! Like Paris without the porn tapes)
  • Jackson’s Gap, Ala.: Is what he has done legal? Is there anything that can be used to get him out of office? Very good article. Thanks! (Impeach Now, Impeach Now! yaaaaaarrrrrrgggggg. No, Mom, I don’t want to raise the blinds in basement)
  • Arroyo Grande, Calif.: Has Cheney considered the possibility that creating the "unitary presidency" sets a precedent for future Democratic presidents as well as Republicans? Or does he even care what happens beyond his lifetime? (in other words, Cheney is evil)
  • Preston, Minn.: I have seen patients that have had startling and profound personality changes following coronary events and other life threatening health problems. Has there been any evidence Cheney has had such an effect? I remember reading a quote by someone to the effect he is no longer the person he once was. (refer back to evil)
  • Lansing, Mich.: It looks like the Vice President and his then chief of staff, Lewis Libby, orchestrated the leak and smear campaign against Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame. Is there any discussion in your articles about the Libby conviction and the Plame leak etc….? (Your modern "reality based community." Snicker)
  • Atlanta: In your mind and regarding the war on terror, who is the "acting" chief executive? Your article seems to put Bush in a more passive role; acquiescing to Cheney’s direction instead of the other way around. (Dick Cheney, starring in "The Puppet Master.")

There were a few sane questions, and Gellman has some good answers to the questions, which, for the most part, are found in reality as it is. But, consider

Considering the questions posted, it makes me wonder, how bad did the rest get that some of these Moonbat ones were used, or, did the moderators intentionally use some of the moonbat ones?

  1. John Ryan says:

Of course it is always easier to mock the fringe of ANY political group. However, at this point in time most Americans dislike/disaprove/disavow what Bush-Chebey has done. In the last CBS poll Bush and Cheney’s poll numbers were both well below freezing at 27% and 28%.

Poll this Ryan – Moonbats are from Uranus according to 95% of flying surrender monkees yesterday! Go back to your DNC talking point papers and lights out after 11 p.m., and no fruit cup after 11:15 p.m.! By the way Ryan, who weighs more? – Michael Moore, Rosie O’ Donnell or Jabba the Hut?
