Ron Paul=Truther

Was cruising Youtube, looking for something funny (can’t all be politics, and Blogapathy has been rearing her head), and ran across this little bit of Trutherism by Ron Paul

So, he distrusts what happened on 9/11, goes in for conspiracy theories on the Kennedy assassination, and blames the United States, for which he is an elected Congressman, for the world’s ills. Gee, great f’ing candidate for President. Total wackjob. He is perfect for the Democrat Party. He could win their nomination in a heartbeat.

Rudy may not be the definitive conservative candidate, but props to him for smacking Ron Paul down in the debate. Paul’s nonsense shouldn’t be tolerated in any venue.

Cynicism and defeatism are NOT options to be entertained.
“We are in the eleventh hour of losing this Nation…”

Consider the only Conservative Presidential Candidate…

Don’t ever try to swim against the mighty tide of justice, William.

Edward R. Murrow:

We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. When the loyal opposition dies, I think the soul of America dies with it.

Sinclair Lewis:

When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross.

Theodore Roosevelt:

To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. (1918)

Leonardo da Vinci:

Anyone who conducts an argument by appealing to authority is not using his intelligence; he is just using his memory.

Mark Twain:

In religion and politics people’s beliefs and convictions are in almost every case gotten at second-hand, and without examination, from authorities who have not themselves examined the questions at issue but have taken them at second-hand from other non-examiners, whose opinions about them were not worth a brass farthing.

Autobiography, 1959

You are either an idiot, a brainwashed baby boomer, or just too lazy to open your mind. Usually I would try to persuade you to exercise intuition and critical reasoning, but I don’t think we need your kind of help anymore…there are enough smart people that do not feel beholden to the system that already know…call Ron Paul a wackjob and you admit your blind obedience to a failed system hellbent on perpetuating. The cool kids must not have let you sit at their table in high school. You are a tool and I feel sorry for you.
