I just received a text message alert that Rep. Stephaine Tubbs Jones has passed away at the age of 58, after being on life support. The Cleveland Plain Dealer has the story. My condolences to her family and friends. Quick update: Now CNN, where the texts come from, is retracting that she has passed on.
