    Mr trump’s FTC just reinstated non-compete employment clauses where a business can prevent workers from leaving and joining a competing company! This greatly benefits employers over workers by limiting pay and options! Good job, Donnie. Why do MAGAs hate the working class??

    In a past life we wouldn’t use contractors who had non-compete clauses.

      At the time the Biden FTC issued the Rule, current Chairman Andrew N. Ferguson and Commissioner Melissa Holyoak dissented on the grounds that the FTC lacked the statutory authority to issue the Rule. The district court found that the FTC does lack the authority, and prohibited enforcement of the Rule.

      The Commission voted 3-1 to dismiss the appeal and accede to the vacatur.

      Try to stop lying about stuff you don’t understand.

      Non-compete clauses prevent employees from stealing IP and expertise from their employers by unfairly competing with them. Those employers that bore the cost of training and teaching said employees.

      No non-compete clauses last indefinitely. The courts only enforce them if they are reasonably limited in time and/or geographic location.

      So grow the F up, Elwood.

    Did Joe Biden’s border policies enable exploitation on a scale that makes Epstein look like a small-time operator?

    The numbers alone are staggering. Between Jan. 2021 and Dec. 2024, more than 470,000 unaccompanied children crossed into America under Biden’s watch. Tens of thousands simply vanished into the shadows, handed over to unvetted sponsors through what can only be described as a bureaucratic assembly line designed to move bodies as quickly as possible, consequences be damned.

    I notice that almost every photo I see of a pretty girl reading a book, the book appears to be in a foreign language.

    I suspect that most Western pretty girls are too stupid and mind-besotted with social media to read books.
