Trump Leaving G7 Early Over Israel-Iran Conflict

What could this allude to?

Trump to leave G7 early, White House says citing situation in Middle East

President Donald Trump is leaving the G7 summit in Canada early “so he can attend to many important matters,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Monday evening.

“President Trump had a great day at the G7, even signing a major trade deal with the United Kingdom and Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Much was accomplished, but because of what’s going on in the Middle East, President Trump will be leaving tonight after dinner with Heads of State,” Leavitt posted on X.

The schedule change will cancel Trump’s planned bilateral meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum. He also will also not attend a press conference on Tuesday.

The announcement came after Trump posted a warning on social media warning “everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran.”

I guess we’ll learn soon what this is about

(Breitbart) President Donald Trump rejected the G7’s proposed statement on Iran because it called for monitoring of Iran’s nuclear activities, rather than an outright halt to Iran’s program of nuclear enrichment.

The Trump administration has been demanding that Iran halt all uranium enrichment, since enrichment past a certain level has no purpose other than developing the unique isotope necessary for nuclear weapons.

Good. Of course, the Democrats, who worked hard to force WWIII via the Ukraine-Russia war, are suddenly upset

If Trump decides to attack Iran, it won’t be in a half-hearted, police action styled attack.

That Ukraine war, Mr Teach, weren’t you predicting a win for Russia by this date?
The Houthis are still shooting at boats in the Red Sea. TACO Trump was unable to force them to stop.
Less than 10% of those migrants deported by Trump have been convicted of violent crimes.
Mr Teach was very concerned about violent migrants gang members. I was also. Why isn’t Mr Trump deporting them?

Oh good. More legislation introduced by the party that is out of power. Good luck with that. Bernie should just go for broke and introduce a bill to establish the USA as a communist country. It has as much chance of ever seeing a vote.

Yes! Mr trump as commander in chief has the Constitutional right to lead the United States into war.

  3. Elwood P. Dowd says:

Mr trump, reading copy no doubt directly from Russia’s Ministry of Truth, said,

“The G7 used to be the G8. Barack Obama and a person named Trudeau didn’t want to have Russia in, and I would say that that was a mistake, because I think you wouldn’t have a war right now if you had Russia in, and you wouldn’t have a war right now if Trump were president four years ago.”

Of course, the truth is that the G7 kicked Russia out after Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014. BTW, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau didn’t take office until 2015.

    Oh, Donnie!

  4. Professor Hale says:

Radio was reporting yesterday that the G-7 decayed into a series of one on one talks with Trump, with each nation trying to get a better deal with the USA. Gone are the days when they all sat around like kings talking about grand international spending plans with the USA picking up the tab.

Some sources are claiming the Iran regime has already fallen. I personally think it is premature to make such assessments. I also don’t believe air power alone can accomplish such things. There needs to be someone left alive and recognized as in charge to make deals with. Otherwise the default position for the nation is to accept status quo and that gives the second tier leaders time to reorganize. Iran is a very large state with a very entrenched political system. They are not going away just by killing a bunch of them. But if the Iran regime has already fallen or is on it’s last legs, then this may be over before the Sanders proposal gets out of committee.

If Israel continues to attack Iran, including by using American weapons, I will not object, but I do not want the United States to go directly to war against Iran.

And here I thought that the Canucks were going to arrest Donald Trump the moment he stepped on Canadian soil.
