DOJ Returns Kilmar Abrego Garcia to U.S. to Face Human Smuggling Charges
The Department of Justice has returned deported migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States to face charges that he smuggled many migrants — including minors — into the United States.
The return follows an extensive grand jury investigation into Abrego Garcia’s background.
The return is also a White House concession to demands by federal judges that prosecutors go through the lengthening “due process.” In the case of Abrego Garcia, a judge has told federal officials they must pick a deportation destination and then persuade the judge that Abrego Garcia will be safe once he is deported.
This time-consuming legal process comes years after Abrego Garcia was formally told by a judge in 2019 that he would be deported.
The grand jury indicted Abrego Garcia for allegedly being in a gang that transported thousands of migrants, including MS-13 gangsters, into the United States.
Yeah, he was indicted for over 100 human smuggling trips. Do you still want to stand behind him, Democrats? Do you feel good about your support of him?

Mr Garcia will get his due process as taught by our Constitution. For now, the United States of America is a nation of laws, not of fear, man or whim.
What ED doesn’t tell us, either because he’s ignorant or doesn’t want you to know, is that Mr. Garcia already received due process. A deportation order was issued in 2019 by judge David M. Jones, who also granted “withholding of removal” relief, but that was to keep him from being deported to Guatemala — the relief order didn’t apply to El Salvador, the country of Mr. Garcia’s birth and citizenship. He could have been deported there anytime.
If ED really cared about the rule of law, then he’d be asking why Mr. Garcia wasn’t deported sooner. But ED will never ask that question, because his religion forbids the pursuit of truth.
Was the trump Administration lying to the American people when they claimed they were powerless to return Mr Garcia as ordered by the courts? Of course they lied.

Mr Garcia MAY have committed multiple crimes!! But Mr trump is not the judge, jury and executioner.
According to Mr trump’s very sympathetic Supreme Court (9-0), Mr trump violated laws by kidnapping and trafficking Mr Garcia to a Salvadoran concentration camp. That’s all. The Court is merely insisting that Garcia have his hour in court.
By all means, the DOJ should convict Mr Garcia of 34 felonies if warranted!!

Mr Dowd, as is his wont, misinterprets what I said. I wrote that “all of the good people are conservatives,” but did not write that all conservatives are good people.
We have some bad people among conservatives, as I have noted in part by pointing out that some on the conservative side are anti-Semites. I have previously pointed out that President Trum is an [insert slang term for the anus here], but that we sometimes need an [insert slang term for the anus here] to get the right things done.
However it is also true that there are no truly good liberals. Liberals support pre-natal infanticide, which is a clear and unambiguous evil. Many liberals support Hamas and the Palestinians, which are a manifestation of the dark ages and open enemies of Western civilization. Many liberals support open immigration and the importation of people who very dearly want to destroy Western civilization from the inside, somehow believing that they can have an Islamist culture and still enjoy Western civilization wealth. Some liberals are so soft hearted and soft headed that they believe in ‘multiculturalism’, without realizing the great evil it is, something which would destroy the very culture that brought us prosperity.
Good people are not stupid people, and whether liberalism is, individually, a function of evil intent or just a manifestation of stupidity, it is never a good thing.

To him, even an eleven year old child impregnated by her own father should be forced by the state to bear a child. To him, that is a moral stance. Even an eighteen year old waitress, gang-raped, should be forced by the state to bear the products of the rape. To him, that is a moral stance. Even a 42 year old mother, carrying an anencephalic fetus, who can only live 24 hours outside the womb, should be forced by the state to bring that poor little baby into the world. To him, that is a moral stance.
To Mr Dana, the split instant a sperm contacts the ovum, a new life is created. It is also true, that as many of half of those ‘unions’ are not fruitful and result in the new human being lost in the toilet or a tampon or pad. But why does the new ‘baby’ fail to implant in the uterine lining and grow? The timing of a suitable embryo reaching a receptive uterine lining is crucial. Surface proteins on the blastocyst and lining must be in the proper spatial and temporal alignment!! In the United States that means some 3 million ‘babies’ a year are lost before the potential mom even knows they exist!
And yes, most liberals oppose genocide. One can oppose the extermination of a people without supporting terrorism. Hamas is bad, but the post-natal babies, children, women and men that Mr Netanyahu, the Israeli government and the United States (by proxy) are killing by bombing and by starvation, are not ‘bad’. The struggles between Israel and their “neighbors” is long and fraught with religious violence, religious hatred, religious oppression – all based on the superstitions of each side. Religious folk ALWAYS believe their superstitions are superior to the other guys’ superstitions. American conservatives, mostly white christians, desire an America filled with men and women similar to them. American liberals are a bit more lax and accept non-christians, non-whites, non-native-born here.
Conservatives, mostly white christians, fear that 1-2% of the population being Muslim puts the United States’ civilization in danger. They fear that accepting the humanity of homosexuals will destroy the civilization. They fear that dark-skinned Americans are a threat.
Mr Dana and conservatives in general believe that prosperity for a few is a desirable state. But prosperity for a few based on a system rigged for the prosperous few is doomed to fail under the weight of the oppression necessary to maintain it!
Paraphrasing an ancient Greek poet: Good people are not stupid people, and whether MAGAtism is, individuallly, a function of evil intent or just a manifestation of stupidity, it is never a good thing.
