    Marjorie Tater Greene (R-Mar-a-Lago), Big Don’s man of the House, has decreed that Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) must go!

    On FOX “News” today: “Mike Johnson’s speakership is over. He needs to do the right thing to resign and allow us to move forward in a controlled process. If he doesn’t do so, he will be vacated.”

    “All of this was possible because of the betrayals of Mike Johnson.”

    Said Speaker Johnson, “I have to do my job. … I’ve done here what I believe to be the right thing to allow the House to work its will. And as I’ve said, you do the right thing, and you let the chips fall where they may.”

    This is an unusual position for an extremist MAGAt to take.

    Unfortunately for MTG, it’s very unlikely she has the votes to oust the Speaker.

    Since Russia is prepared to overrun Ukraine killing a million, should NATO include nuclear weapons to Ukraine?

    Since nukes and the fear of nukes is a deterrent why not up the ante.

    There’s a certain symmetry in the suggestion since

    the Trilateral Statement, signed in January 1994, in which Ukraine agreed to transfer its nuclear warheads to Russia for elimination. In return, Ukraine received security assurances from the United States, Russia and Britain; compensation for the economic value of the highly-enriched uranium in the warheads (which could be blended down and converted into fuel for nuclear reactors); and assistance from the United States in dismantling the missiles, missile silos, bombers and nuclear infrastructure on its territory.

    Now we know what a Russian promise is worth.

    The highly leftist and very un American Elwood Dowd ran to the Huffington Post to scream about what the New York post pitched about Marjorie Taylor green. It’s unusual to see somebody in a Russian uniform that isn’t a Democrat. And the New York Post isn’t conservative, it’s slightly less than far left that’s all. We on the right side of history realize that you guys think that if you’re not a card carrying communist you’re a conservative but that’s just not true.
