That’s difficult logic to dispute: if they have their own ‘national anthem,’ are they not declaring themselves to not have any allegiance to, or consider themselves part of, the United States?
Does Mr Dana recommend that Americans be forced to declare their allegiance to a national song?
It wasn’t until 1989 that the Supreme Court recognized that defacing Ol’ Glory was protected speech. Maybe the SMOTUS can reverse that travesty AND punish Americans for saying they believe another song is their national anthem.

Slave owner, lawyer and poet Frances Scott Key wrote the poem in 1814 while watching the bombardment of Fort McHenry in Baltimore.
