Immigrant charged with murder of Iowa college student
A man from Mexico living in the U.S. illegally has confessed to kidnapping college student Mollie Tibbetts while she was running in her small Iowa hometown, killing her and dumping her body in a rural field, authorities said Tuesday.
Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tibbetts, whose July 18 disappearance set off a massive search involving state and federal authorities.
Rivera led investigators early Tuesday to a body believed to be Tibbetts in a cornfield about 12 miles (19 kilometers) southeast of Brooklyn, Iowa, where Tibbetts was last seen running, Division of Criminal Investigation special agent Rick Rahn said.
“I can’t speak about the motive. I can just tell you that it seemed that he followed her, seemed to be drawn to her on that particular day, for whatever reason he chose to abduct her,” Rahn told reporters at a news conference outside the sheriff’s office in Montezuma, where Rivera was being jailed.
CNN refers to Rivera as an “undocumented immigrant“, as you’d expect. So does ABC News, along with NBC News. CBS uses language similar to the above, which is from the AP. Many sites, such as the HuffPost and UK Guardian US edition, aren’t even bothering with a story. Nor is the NY Times, at least on the front page of the web edition.
The media was really hoping it would be the white, older farmer. Now, they have to bury the story. And yet another family has to go through the pain of loss because our government won’t do their damned job in stopping illegals and deporting illegals.
The murderer deserves to be skinned alive. Slowly.
Googling ‘Mollie Tibbets immigrant’ yielded 1.5 million hits, including, AP, Time, CBS, Yahoo, MSN, Chicago Tribune, ABC, NBC, WaPo, CNN etc identifying the murderer as an illegal immigrant.

When the very first act that someone does when arriving in our country is the act of knowingly breaking our laws, then why should anyone be surprised when they are found to be more than willing to continue to break our laws, and hurt people.
But we have people who wish to defend those who knowingly break our laws. We even have those who want to make excuses for those who hurt others, or they just ignore the carnage and killing.
How many people have to die on the alter of sanctuary cities?
Build the F***ING WALL and get serious about cutting off the cheap labor that the US Chamber of Commerce is willing to import no matter how many men, women and children are murdered.
We should fine a business 1K for the first offense, 10K for the second. The person that approves the illegal hire should get 1 day in jail for the first offense, 1 month for the second 1 year for the third, then we go 10 years for the fourth.

The Republican Party has had a majority in the House AND Senate AND has their man in the White House since JAN17. The party of “strong boarders has been in power for over EIGHTEEN MONTHS. Yet we have NOT gotten a single foot of wall, nor a singe bit of law against hiring illegals.

Because in Swamp town money talks, and the US Chamber of Commerce HATES the idea of a secure boarder and is willing to spend money to make sure the killers keep coming to our country. They would rather see people MURDERED than see their labor costs go up.
You see to the Chamber of Commerce, your little girl is much less important than their bottom line.
Until people understand that, then we will keep wondering why we don’t have a Boarder Wall or especially MANDATORY E-Verify and real sanctions for those employers who encourage the flood of illegals.
