Customs And Border Protection Next Target Of Illegal Alien Supporters

The illegal alien supporting crowd was, and still is, hot to trot to get rid of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. I guess they want to stop things like this

along with many of the other non-illegal alien enforcement they’re involved in. But, now they want to go after a different agency, as we see here in the LA Times by Richard Parker

Forget ICE, the real problem is CBP

By day, helicopters fly overhead. Dusty patrol vehicles take up neighborhood parking lots. By night, klieg lights illuminate the new, 18-foot steel fence that snakes along the sand dunes. This strip of land thousands of miles long feels like occupied territory. And in a way, it is. I refer, of course, to the border between Mexico and the United States.

After the government incarcerated children in a nearby camp, critics called for the abolition of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. But the better target for elimination, or at least downsizing, is the Customs and Border Protection agency, ICE’s big, paramilitary brother. It’s bloated and riddled with corruption.

Well, sure, there have been problems within the agency, or, at least accusations of impropriety. By this measure, we should get rid of the Department Of Education due to number of teachers having sexual relations with children in their charge.

Trump isn’t going to do anything about the problem; he’d rather yell about the MS-13 gang. Besides, the once-humble patrolmen on horseback are now certified members of the national security industrial complex. The taxpayer is paying the giant contractor, Accenture, $300 million to recruit 5,000 more officers. Only the next Congress can do something. Maybe.

Right, because MS-13 members are just saints, right?

Abolish ICE? That’s just a start.

These people will do anything to get rid of enforcement of our borders. Expect this abolish CBP push to grow. And this is the kind of thing that got Trump elected, and helps with his re-election.

MS-13 is police matter. Kill ’em all, as far as we’re concerned. tRump and his minions use MS-13 as a proxy for all undocumented immigrants from south of the border.

We can protect our southern border AND repair our immigration system without cruelty and inhumanity.

We can use our extraordinary (formerly?) position in the world to reduce the need for Central Americans and Mexicans to flee their homelands.

Calling them all criminals, comparing them to the murderers and rapists, taking their children, calling them an infestation, saying their coming for free stuff is not only untrue, but counterproductive in addressing the problems.

Simple solutions don’t often solve complex problems.

And the whining nignorant angry little black fella from st. louis can’t or won’t reveal his, …er, complex solution.
      Just more liberal drivel.

      Ahem.

Simple. Stop the invaders. And calling out what many of them are isn’t counterproductive, it’s a fact.

  3. formwiz says:

Idiot Boy refuses to admit the Left has adopted MSD-13 as its own. He refguses to admit the last thing the Left wants is to protect our southern border.

He doesn’t see any point in remembering Central America is full of countries who who have used the US as their dumping ground for all their problems the last 100 years or so.

He says we can’t call them all criminals, compare them to the murderers and rapists call them an infestation, say their coming for free stuff is not only untrue, but counterproductive in addressing the problems, but THOSE ARE THE FACTS.

But he gives us the old Lefty bromide, Simple solutions don’t often solve complex problems.

Too bad they very often do.

The new right have adopted the white nationalists/KKK/neoNazis, now the core of tRumpism. Name the liberal who has spoken as favorably of M13 as tRump spoke of those fine people, the neoNazis. Sounds like more projection from Con Men.

Central America has been bad for the US, LOL? Oh, you’re serious. Pray tell, can you back up your claim that Central America nations have the US as their dumping grounds for a century, LOL? You’re joking, right?

If you can call all undocumented immigrants murderers and rapists, than it should be fair to call all Catholics pedophiles, right? Or maybe all christians are pedophiles.

The right has always relied on falsehoods to bolster their bigotry and willful ignorance. It’s getting worse.

We get it. Working class whites are feeling as if they’re losing their place, previously superior to Blacks and immigrants. You’re frightened. You mistakenly think violent crime is skyrocketing and an arsenal will keep you safe from violent Blacks and Browns. But oppressing Blacks and immigrants, as simple and satisfying as you find it, will not solve your problems. They are not the reason your income is stagnant – elitist policies are. People like tRump detest you, but value your votes and support – until he doesn’t need them any longer. People like tRump will continue to take care of people like tRump. You will pay the price for his war on health care. You will pay the price for his war on the environment. The GOP is transferring risk from corporations to you. Corporations get more profit, you get silicosis, dirtier water, dirtier air, lymphoma and higher insurance costs. Don’t forget that the GOP wants to pay for their tax cuts for the rich by cutting your Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. Working class whites are victims of the GOP, but don’t realize it. We hope you find banning abortion, oppressing Blacks and immigrants worth the trade off.

The guy that says we shouldn’t lump all immigrants into MS-13 members, murderers and rapists proceeds to classify all conservatives as white nationalists/KKK/neo-Nazis. And he wonders why he is a laughing stock.

One thing we can count on though is by just reading ONE of his comments we get to see every left wing talking point that is being pushed.

        • Jeffery says:

The guy that says we shouldn’t lump all immigrants into MS-13 members, murderers and rapists proceeds to classify all conservatives as white nationalists/KKK/neo-Nazis

That was the point. Do you think it’s fair to lumped in with neoNazis? No? Do you think it’s fair for Hispanic immigrants to be lumped in with the few MS-13 gang members?

          See the point now?

          • Nighthawk says:

Spin baby, spin. All your other comments and the entirety of your comment I responded to marks your claim of ‘making a point’ as the lie it is.

          • Jeffery says:

You may be right. Americans who self-identify as Republicans continues to plummet, leaving only those loyal to tRump and the government types too afraid to challenge him. Maybe white nationalists ARE overrepresented in tRump loyalists.

Do you consider yourself a white nationalist?
