Typical elitist enviro-wacko. Tells us what not to do with out any suggestions of replacement energy sources. The only hi-tech source is Nuclear; otherwise its back to wood and dung with a smidgen of dutch wind mills and water diven mills. I will bet Ireland does not have any source of uranium ore to process with their wind mills. Stupid lady to propose leaving fossil fuels in the ground.
