Democrats Pessimistic About Countries Doing Something To Stop Climate Doom

And, yet, few Democrats will do things in their own lives to make them carbon neutral. Go figure

Americans Are Increasingly Pessimistic About Avoiding the Worst Effects of Climate Change

A majority of Americans think climate change is a very big or moderately big problem for the country, including almost all Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents. But just one-quarter of adults now say international actors will do enough to avoid the worst effects of climate change – while a clear majority say the opposite. This growing pessimism is driven by Democrats.

So, not Americans, just the unhinged Dems?

Four years ago, during the Biden administration, Democrats were more closely split on whether the United States and other countries will do enough to avoid the worst impacts from climate change (46% said this will happen, 51% said it will not). Most Democrats now predict the U.S. and other countries will not do enough (69%).

This increasing pessimism comes at a time when the Trump administration has dramatically reshaped federal climate policy by taking actions such as withdrawing from international climate agreements, weakening limits on power plant emissions and weakening fuel efficiency standards.

And, yet, these same Democrats want lower gas prices and cheaper energy for their homes. Weird! Anyhow,

The question, though, is simply asking if countries will do enough to comply with the climate cult, not if they actually believe in athropogenic climate change. Personally, we as a country could do more to reduce the negative effects of land use, Urban Heat Island effect, and landfills, along with a few other localized effects.

Most Democrats and Democratic leaners (68%) say climate change is harming people in the U.S. a great deal or quite a bit. And about six-in-ten also say climate change is a very big problem facing the country today.

There should have been follow up questions, like “do you drive a fossil fueled vehicle? Do you take air flights? Do you eat meat?” among others

In contrast, only about two-in-ten Republicans and GOP leaners (22%) say climate change is harming people in the U.S. a great deal or quite a bit. And a majority see climate change as no more than a small problem.

But, still, this does not assign fault. Is warming a problem that can harm people? Yes. Is it mostly natural? Again, yes.

Anyhow, a lot of the rest of the questions go to assigning blame and responsibility to anyone but themselves. Go figure. 35 years of spreading awareness and still most Warmists refuse to practice what they preach.

The global economy in general is pessimistic about everything since Trump has doubled energy prices globally. Mortgage defaults are at a 6 year high. Companies like McDonalds and Dominos Pizza are having to cut prices to get any customers into their stores. People are very worried about putting food on their tables. So yeah, climate change importance is decreasing. I am not surprised. People are les worried about climate change than in keeping a roof over their heads and finding work. 2025 had horrible new job numbers. Prices are “skyrocketing” although Teach seems to have stopped using that word.
In 2025 Trump average 15000 new jobs per month
    Biden average was 200,000
we graduate 2 million per year from college, where are the jobs they were expecting. This year about 100000 new jobs each month, about 50% of what is needed.
Those are things that have climbed to the top of anxiety driver, especially for younger people. Auto loan defaults are at 15 year

so yes climate change anxiety is now lower than under Biden.

Is climate change “natural” yes of course only the most wacko climate change deniers ascribe the warming is due to supernatural causes, like God.
Teach what factors do you believe are causing the temps to go up now 15 times as fast now as during the last Ice Age?
The urban island heat increase? Urban areas represent urban areas represent only a tiny % of the surface of the planet about 0,002 percent. The Sun has been exhibiting reduced radiance since 1970 when we were first getting reliable sat data.

Trump is a serial liar and a wack job Residential electric price that he said he would cut in half? they are up 13$ and would be higher except for renewable energy.

Trump is The King of Debt and he does not deserve a 1 billion dollar ball room

Wacko Teach claims: “Is it (warming) mostly natural? Again, yes.”

No verifiable evidence to support that claim.
