If it was an oil tanker or something they could Blame Trump for, the Credentialed Media and Democrats would be all over it

Trump Directs Federal Officials to Get Involved in Potomac Sewage Crisis

President Donald Trump weighed in on the ongoing Potomac River sewage crisis, stating on Monday that he was “directing Federal Authorities to immediately provide all necessary Management, Direction, and Coordination to protect” the river.

In a Truth Social post, Trump stated that the ongoing sewage crisis that was “unfolding” was the “result of the Gross Mismanagement of Local Democrat Leaders,” like Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D). Trump went on to state the Moore “is the same Governor who cannot rebuild a Bridge.”

“There is a massive Ecological Disaster unfolding in the Potomac River as a result of the Gross Mismanagement of Local Democrat Leaders, particularly, Governor Wes Moore, of Maryland,” Trump said. “A sewer line breach in Maryland has caused millions of gallons of raw sewage to be dumped into the Potomac River, a result of incompetent Local and State Management of Essential Waste Management Systems.”

Trump continued to point out that it was “clear Local Authorities cannot adequately handle this calamity.”

“Therefore, I am directing Federal Authorities to immediately provide all necessary Management, Direction, and Coordination to protect the Potomac, the Water Supply in the Capital Region, and our treasured National Resources in our Nation’s Capital City,” Trump added.

This has been going on since January 19th, and has so far not been fixed. Damned near a month later, and they still expect it to take 4 to 6 weeks to be fixed.

The NY Times, and many other outlets, are Upset that Trump dared to make this pronouncement. Getting beyond that

“Whether it’s 200 million or 300 million gallons, this is an extraordinary ecological and public health disaster,” said Tom Kiernan, the president and chief executive of the conservation group American Rivers, who often rows on the Potomac, and grew up kayaking on the river.

Authorities have not said when people can safely resume activities on the river. Crews with D.C. Water are currently diverting sewage from the broken pipe through a section of the C&O Canal, which runs along the Potomac from Washington to Cumberland, Md.

The Potomac at that point hasn’t been truly safe for a long time. Maybe we should stop wasting all that time and money on the climate scam and deal with real environmental issues, eh?

    The Mad King missed that the pipeline is owned and operatied by Washington DC Water, not the state of Maryland.

    So, Massuh Don blamed the wrong Negro, Governor Moore, and not the DC Mayor.

    Does FEMA have reosurces to help since their funds were transferred to ICE?

    The Potomac Riverkeeper Network called the EPA but could not reach them.

    Much like global warming, water and air pollution are hoaxes. No need for FEMA or the EPA!!

    The Mad King is not interested governing, just blame!

    The chair of the DC water board isn’t an engineer or city planner. Dr. Unique Morris-Hughes is a DEI bureaucrat (appointed by the Democratic mayor of DC), non-profit educator, grant disperser of taxpayer money and former assistant head of a boys charter school. She is now head of the largest raw sewage spill in US history.
    They’re still searching for her alleged expertise in waste water management…

        Moore’s claims, now exposed as fraudulent by Kerr, “are part of Moore’s long and well-documented history of making self-aggrandizing and provably false assertions about his biography.     Governor Wes Moore has authored more books than the Mad King has read (excluding Mein Kampf), LOL.

    Moore DID receive the Bronze Star in 2024 for his military service in Afghanistan. Captain Moore left the 2nd Airborne Division in 2014.

    He was born in Takoma Park MD, about 30 mi outside Baltiimore. His father died when Wes Moore was 3 and his mother moved them to NYC to live with his grandparents. His mother sent him to Valley Forge Military Academy (PA) for his poor grades and involvement in petty crime. They later moved back to Baltimore. Moore received an Associates Degree from Valley Forge, a BA from Johns Hopkins (Baltimore), a Master’s degree from Oxford (as a Rhodes Scholar!), where his thesis (according to Oxford) was ‘”Radical Islam in Latin America in the late 20th Century and its Middle Eastern Roots”.

    It’s likely that Mr Moore, like most politicos, describes himself in the most positive light.

    After all, King Donald has long exaggerated (i.e., lied) about graduating top in his class from U Penn, while also not correcting his supporters claiming he has a Wharton MBA (he does not). Donnie repeatedly says he received a small loan from daddy (it was around $0.5 BILLION). There are at least a few hundred more trump lies – golf club championships, Art of the Deal, Wharton, The Apprentice, bankruptcies, sexual assauls.. and all by a white man!!!
