1. 50% Biden inflation. Raises the price of everything. If the added price is under 50%, then it is actually decreasing, aside from the weight of democratic party policies.
2. Biden immigration policy adding 10-15% to the US population, thereby raising the price of housing. Thereby raising the price of insuring housing.
