A federal judge just ordered that Rümeysa Öztürk be released on bail immediately. In case you forgot, Ms Ozturk is the Tufts’ graduate student with a legal visa* abducted by six ICE agents off the street some 6 weeks ago. The masked agents handcuffed her and led her to an unmarked vehicle. She has been held in detention centers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and finally Louisiana.
She was kidnapped by the U.S. government for writing a school newspaper editorial criticizing Tufts’ response to the brutality in Gaza. Little Marco Rubio, 47’s secretary, claimed that Ms Ozturk was a threat to U.S. foreign policy, which is just fugging bullshit.

Ms Ozturk had a legal F-1 visa until Lil Marco, DHS and ICE Barbie cancelled it without notice. All for show. Addresses none of the United States’ actual escalating problems. 47, Rubio and Noem need to be gone.
