    I see where the Dems in Iowa have decided that even though Sanders has more votes they’re giving some to the other candidates to make things “fair”. That way Buttngag will win. Cool, there was “vote inequality” and like income inequality it must be addressed.

    The law in CA regarding UNFORCED vaginal intercourse with minors already gives a judge discretion (but does not mandate) as to whether or not the older partner must be registered. The new law would give the same discretion to a judge in cases of oral or anal sex. So a 19 year old forcing him or herself on a 10 yr old would still go to prison and be a lifelong registered sex offender (and the discretion only applies to those 14 and older). But an 18 yr old girl having sex with her 17 yr old willing partner might receive discretion on registering.

    This is classic right-wing misinformation.

        Cons rely on conblogs for information, and this was just another example of the misinformation routinely spread. Moonbattery didn’t take the time to do any research and The Pirates Cove passes it along without even a cursory check.

        This is why we say that most of what Cons believe is untrue.

      I neither believe in repeating everything I read on the net nor do I find a need to. Occasionally something will get by me, you and Teach. Shit happens. Nobody’s “lying” it’s just an honest mistake or a fuk-up.
