Feds Draft Plan to Discard Obama’s Transgender Ideology
President Donald Trump’s Justice Department will soon decide if agencies must follow biology when they document the legal sex of American women and girls, men and boys, according to a document leaked to the New York Times.
The policy would protect Americans’ civil rights from the transgender ideology which insists that everyone has an FBI-enforced federal right to switch their legal sex — regardless of their biology — when entering sports competitions, K-12 bathrooms, hospitals, gym showers, the military, or single-sex civic society groups.
This transgender ideology was promoted in 2016 by former President Barack Obama and is being imposed by many federal and state judges, despite visceral public opposition and scientists’ criticism.
The New York Times reported:
Now the Department of Health and Human Services is spearheading an effort to establish a legal definition of sex under Title IX, the federal civil rights law that bans gender discrimination in education programs that receive government financial assistance, according to a memo obtained by The New York Times.
The department argued in its memo that key government agencies needed to adopt an explicit and uniform definition of gender as determined “on a biological basis that is clear, grounded in science, objective and administrable.†The agency’s proposed definition would define sex as either male or female, unchangeable, and determined by the genitals that a person is born with, according to a draft reviewed by The Times. Any dispute about one’s sex would have to be clarified using genetic testing.
While the gender confused certainly deserve rights, they are the same rights as everyone else. Their rights should not be placed above everyone else’s, and should not have the ability to do things like invade the privacy of the bathrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms of actual women. The federal government, and state governments, should not be incentivizing nor condoning mental illness.
People who wish to live as members of the opposite sex are protesting via the Twitter hashtag, #WontBeErased. However, the proposal does not suggest agencies should stop people who are trying to live as members of the opposite sex but should simply defer to biology when documenting peoples’ sex.

The administration seems to think transgender people like me are as imaginary as hippogriffs.
Well, yes, because identifying as the opposite sex is rather insane.
On Sunday, news broke that the Trump administration seeks to narrowly define gender as an immutable condition determined by genitalia at birth. About 1.4 million Americans who identify as transgender would find that identity eradicated by the federal government.
They can identify all they want. That doesn’t mean that the other 300+ million Americans should be forced to be involved with the trans mental issues. Not at the force of government.

DJ tRump proposes that doctors assigning “sex” at birth are the final arbiters (with exceptions for genetic testing to prove to the gov’t you are who you are – N.B. – giving a right-wing authoritarian gov’t your genetic profile will almost certainly end well…).

This is a societal problem which shouldn’t exist, but it does, because the Obysmal Administration expanded definitions to include the mentally ill under Title IX ‘protections.’ Most of us would have been perfectly fine ignoring — other than laughing at, of course, though usually to ourselves — the ‘transgendered,’ but once the government started recognizing their delusions as somehow being reality, the societal problem was created. Biological males are now winning athletic competitions for women, some areas — think New York City here — are passing ordinances with fines for people who don’t use the preferred pronouns or otherwise pay obeisance to those who walk like a woman but talk like a man.
Only the left would have taken a song and made it into a prescription for society.
