Why Brett Kavanaugh Wasn’t Believable
What a study in contrasts: Where Christine Blasey Ford was calm and dignified, Brett Kavanaugh was volatile and belligerent; where she was eager to respond fully to every questioner, and kept worrying whether she was being “helpful†enough, he was openly contemptuous of several senators; most important, where she was credible and unshakable at every point in her testimony, he was at some points evasive, and some of his answers strained credulity.
Indeed, Dr. Blasey’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday was devastating.
With the eyes of the nation on her, Dr. Blasey recounted an appalling trauma. When she was 15 years old, she said, she was sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh, then a 17-year-old student at a nearby high school and now President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court.
She forgot to supply any actual evidence and corroboration, no witnesses, nothing but her suspect memory from 36 years ago of a day and at a place that she cannot remember.
Judge Kavanaugh, when it was his turn, was not laughing. He was yelling. He spent more than half an hour raging against Senate Democrats and the “Left†for “totally and permanently†destroying his name, his career, his family, his life. He called his confirmation process a “national disgrace.â€
“You may defeat me in the final vote, but you will never get me to quit,†Judge Kavanaugh said, sounding like someone who suddenly doubted his confirmation to the Supreme Court — an outcome that seemed preordained only a couple of weeks ago.
Judge Kavanaugh’s defiant fury might be understandable coming from someone who believes himself innocent of the grotesque charges he’s facing. Yet it was also evidence of an unsettling temperament in a man trying to persuade the nation of his judicial demeanor.
You can’t win with these people. This will be the new line of attack on Judge Kavanaugh. Ruth Marcus gives it a shot. So do others. But, you have to wonder what the normal American thought. We know most hardcore Democrat are against him to start with because they’re worried about abortion on demand. What of most who aren’t particularly involved? Did they see someone who was upset that he and his family have been put through this because Democrats are unhinged, reprehensible, loathsome people? Kavanaugh’s attacks were aimed at elected Democrats, not Dr. Ford. Democrats have promised to continue the attacks, which harm his wife and kids, if he is confirmed to the Supreme Court.
Anecdotally, I wonder how many watched. I was at the gym from 530-7, and there was no one there but me. Highly unusual. A few started showing up at 7.
Lindsay Graham utterly exploded when it was his time
“What you want to do is destroy this guy’s life, hold this seat open, and hope you win in 2020,†Graham said to Senate Judiciary Democrats. “You’ve said that. Not me. You’ve got nothing to apologize for. When you see Sotomayor and Kagan, tell them that Lindsey said ‘hello’ because I voted for them. I would never do to them what you’ve done to this guy.â€

Additionally with the failure to confirm Kavanaugh it will march the RED WAVE to the Polls because the right wants to control the supreme court every bit as much as the left does. Since the right and the left roughly have about the same amount of hard core supporters it all falls on the indies who are watching all of this and are the ones who are now giving the edge to the GOP in both Generic ballots and favorability.

For those who look beyond the obvious, Brother Bret was talking about the Hildabeast wanting revenge on Donald Trump for winning her election.
The money, however, all came from Dr Evil.
There is only one piece of evidence in this whole farce that isn’t biased, Mr Kavanaugh’s calendar from the time in question. (I’m amazed not only that a high school junior kept such a thing, but retained it all these years.) It shows that he kept a rather detailed, if sloppily written, engagement calendar, and no such party was listed. It could be argued that he missed something, but that argument is not evidence.
The only unbiased evidence we have, the only thing not subject to memory or personal judgement, indicates that Mr Kavanaugh is innocent.
There was zero evidence. She could not corroborate anything. Even the prosecutor from Arizona said she would never indite Kavanaugh nor would it hold up in law. There was simply no evidence.
1. How did she get home? Who drove her? Why are they not coming forward, if this was such a traumatic event for her?
2. She could not remember when she took the polygraph, that day or perhaps the day before. Yet she can clearly remember something 35 years ago.
3. She was afraid to fly yet she jet sets around the country and the world.
4. She has been spotted marching in Anti-Trump rallies wearing a PUSSY on her head. An obvious Trump hater.
5. Her lawyers paid for her polygraph and yet she pretends to not know who paid for it. Why did she even submit to a polygraph if she never intended to testify?
6. She is a clinical Psychologist who understands victimhood inside and out and yet as she sat on the stand she was making jokes, laughing and having a grand time. There was very little evidence of PTSD that keeps her from doing things such as feeling vulnerable. Someone who only minutes before was all emotional and distraught was then made comfortable by a very shrewd Attorney who had her laughing, smilling and acting as if she was testifying about a Lakers Game instead of being RAPED, ALMOST MURDERED and TRAUMATIZED FOR LIFE.
7. Her story was filled with inconsistencies as she tried to cover up the fact her two lawyers are far left vicious hacks who make a living destroying people who they do not agree with politically. In fact she was cautioned several times not to answer because the simple question of was she coached by anyone was a violation of attorney client privledge. Incidently being coached is against the law and will be so when she faces a defamation lawsuit next month.
8. IN her testimony to friends, colleagues and her counselor not ONCE was Kavanaugh’s name mentioned and in fact not a one of her friends could remember this incident was not aware it happened and did not drive her to the party in question nor drove her home after her traumatizing event.
9. And finally Kavanaugh had hundreds of signed testimonies, letters and potential witnesses that would swear to his integrity, character and the men supposedly present at this party do not even remember the party for one particularly good reason. The party might have happened but nothing like this potential rape occurred causing them to have it indelibly linked in their brain as being potential CO_CONSPIRATORS TO A RAPE landing them in jail for a very long time.
In conclusion the facts in this case are clear. It is an accusation by someone who has no evidence other than she once told her husband and her psychologist that she was assaulted in HS. Kavanaugh was never named and in fact Ford said she did all this because Kavanaughs name appeared on Trumps short list of names. A political hit if ever there was one.
My hope is that Kavanaugh is confirmed because even though it might lead to the democrats taking control of the house, it is worth it to prevent the metoo movement from destroying lives all across
America because they CAN. My prediction is the GOP will vote him down to bring that RED WAVE to the POLLS in NOVEMBER. So that they can put an even farther right woman on the Supreme court and then we can bid our time while Ginsberg drops, because she is almost incoherent now in her speech suffering what I believe is advanced Dimensia. It took her like 5 minutes the other day to present a twenty one word answer to a simple question.
