Fourth Person Accused Of Being At Party Denies Dr. Ford’s Accusation Against Kavanaugh

Well, this is interesting. It’s too interesting to appear on the front page of the Washington Post, the NY Times, the LA Times, and several other of the leading U.S. newspapers I checked. Because this utterly harms The Narrative

(Daily Caller) The woman believed to be the “missing” party guest at the high school gathering where Christine Blasey Ford alleges Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her over 35 years ago reportedly has no recollection of the incident, her lawyer said in a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Saturday.

Leland Keyser, a reported longtime friend of Ford’s, denied knowing Kavanaugh or having any knowledge of attending a party with him, according to CNN.

“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” said Howard Walsh, Keyser’s attorney.

In a Washington Post article, Ford said there were three individuals at the party in addition to herself and Kavanaugh — Mark Judge, Patrick Smyth and another person. Both Judge and Smyth have also denied having any memory or knowledge surrounding the incident. Keyser is believed to be the third person in question.

Obviously, Judge Kavanaugh denies that anything happened. So, the only person so far not on record (the other four have submitted officials letters and/or made official statements) is Dr. Ford who has reached a “tentative deal” to testify in front of Congress Thursday (she says she’s afraid to fly. Who wants to bet she is flown across the country in a private jet owned by a hardcore Progressive?), for which you can expect that she and her lawyers and the Democrats will somehow delay, as well.

Of course, to the media which is attempting to destroy Trump by destroying a good man like Brett Kavanaugh, this is immaterial. So we get garbage like this

Plenty more stupidity out there, but, then we get this

I’m going to make a prediction: come Wednesday, her lawyer will release a “statement from Dr. Ford”, which will say something to the effect of “Dr. Ford is a victim, and has been doubly victimized through this rushed process. She feels that she will not be treated fairly and will not be able to obtain justice, so, knowing that the whole process is tainted, she will not testify, and she will drop the matter a second time, leaving Republicans to deal with their shame”, at which point all sorts of Democrats will demagogue and wear Handmaid costumes. Which will be interesting for ones like Cory Booker and Chuck Schumer. That’s the way these kinds of things go. Ford cannot prove her accusation, she has no evidence, none of the people at the reported party back her, so, now it’s time to give it up in a way that still smears Kavanaugh.

    Ahem. Four strikes?
And the lying little political gold-digging whore hasn’t even stepped into the batter’s box.

      lying little political gold-digging whore

      Thanks! Perfectly describes tRump!

      • formwiz says:

Which only shows how ignorant Jeffery is.

The Donald earned his money. Too bad Jeffery can’t say the same.

          The Donald earned his money.

LOL! The Don is a grifter as Mr. Mueller will demonstrate.

Don’t know about Jeffrey, but I’ve earned mine, as much as any privileged white man.

          • david7134d says:

No jeff, you got grants from our tax money to get through your remedial education and then to build up your corporation.

          • Jethro says:

            Dave!!

Out of rehab, we see! Congrats.

But your lies are still the same.

Anyway, a “doctor” who got rich off Medicare and Medicaid has little room to talk. Our taxes have been paying you for decades. If you’re an average “doctor” you kill as many patients as you cure.

Who paid for your residency? Do you know how NIH post-doctoral fellowships work? Back in the 80s it was about $14,000/yr for 60 hr work weeks. And taxes were taken out, too!

          • david7134 says:

            Jeff,
One lie after another. Silly little man child.

Is that going to be in this century?

And retyping troll material on the Internet is hardly what anyone would call earning money.

Not exactly. She said she “had no recollection” of being at the gathering. “No recollection” is the lawyerly way of covering her ass. She probably wasn’t violently assaulted in a locked bedroom while there.

Mitch McConnell called tRump and chewed him out for his vile and counterproductive twitterings.

Michael Avenatt: “All indications are that Dr. Ford is not alone. Buckle up – that includes you Mark Judge.”

    • Liljeffyatemypuppy says:

So, little fella, is there a statute of limitations in MO. for sexual abuse of a minor?
Asking for a friend named Jeffery.

      • Jethro says:

Ask drowningpuppies, he has existing restraining orders keeping him 1000 feet away from elementary schools AND doggie day cares.

        • Liljeffyatemypuppy says:

But, little fella, proof of your sexual abuse of a minor is completely unnecessary.
          An accusation will suffice.

          • Jethro says:

You’re right! Defamation only requires an accusation!

You’re the gift that keeps on giving! We’re sure Porter “appreciates” your stupidity!

          • Liljeffyatemypuppy says:

Fortunately, all the disgusting accusations and threats you’ve made regarding others are a matter of record here at the Cove.

          • Jethro says:

Have your pseudonym contact my lawyer.

    • formwiz says:

Here’s a tidbit that nails it. Mrs. Leland Ingham Keyser is the former Mrs Bob Beckel.

And little Jeffery has nothing but lies. Actually McConnell said, “Trump’s Presidency Has Been ‘My Best Years in the Senate’”.

And we’re so reduced we’re quoting Chiraq’s lawyer to the porn stars? And his name is Avenatti.

So it looks like what everybody thought was a brilliant ploy for the Demos to get around a filibuster actually turns in a more brilliant stall by the Rs to get the goods on Dr I Can’t Remember. Somehow I think she’s never gonna make it to DC.

      • Jethro says:

Avenatti is the lawyer of tRump’s former lover, Stormy Daniels, a porn star. tRump paid her to keep quiet about their assignation so as to stifle the information before the election. He’s an unindicted co-conspirator in the crime.

Try to keep up. McConnell placed a call to tRump telling him to stop twittering about Dr. Ford. It’s in all the papers.

The increasingly shrill and facist GOP is going to be hard pressed to not lose. If Dr. Ford testifies and is convincing, they lose. If they pummel her, they lose. If nothing happens, they lose.

        • formwiz says:

Avenatti is the lawyer of someone who claimed to have had a hook-up with Trump after denying it for years.

And just because something is in all the papers doesn’t make it true.

And the Demos have lost. She’s already lost by not having a corroborating witness and because 3/4 of the country don’t buy her act. Little Jeffery is going to be like those kids photoed sobbing hysterically after Hillary blew it.

          • Jethro says:

Maybe you’re right. tRump is such a lousy businessman that he just might bribe a woman whom he didn’t know. His stupidity ended up making him an unindicted co-conspirator.

You’ll find out if the GOP won in November.

  3. formwiz says:

now it’s time to give it up in a way that still smears Kavanaugh.

No smear. Only about a quarter of the American people say they buy her story (of the rest, I’ll bet half don’t, either).

Kavanaugh is sworn in, makes a great Justice. The Demos and Jeffery take it on the chin.

  4. JGlanton says:

And now even the letter that Ford allegedly wrote to Feinstein is looking contrived and shady.

You know, the one Feinstein keeps refusing to hand over to Republicans without it first being censored? The one where Ford made her accusations against Kavanaugh?

Turns out she sent the letter to Rep. Anna G. Eshoo, NOT Feinstein.

Now, why oh why would Ford have done that?

she made the statement in a way that would avoid 18USC 1001 liability… and that somehow she knew that this would be the case. Unlikely for a statistics professor.

    https://twitchy.com/samj-3930/2018/09/23/is-this-why-dems-wont-hand-the-letter-over-even-the-way-ford-submitted-her-letter-to-feinstein-is-shady-af/

  5. Dana says:

I noted, in some detail, The Washington Post’s attempt to smear Judge Kavanaugh by innuendo: his prep school might not have had 2018 #MeToo cultural; sensitivity 3½ decades ago, and therefore we are supposed to infer that he could have assaulted Dr Ford, so it follows, therefore, that he did assault Dr Ford. It was journalism on a par with the National Enquirer.

Note what’s going on here: Judge Kavanaugh came from a well-to-do white family, so he was able to attend a tony, all-boys prep school, therefore he’s just got to be guilty. This was the same tactic taken by the left concerning the three Duke lacrosse players accused of assaulting Crystal Mangum: the rich white boys just have to be guilty!

  6. Jethro says:

    from FOX News:

Currently, 40 percent of voters would confirm Kavanaugh, while 50 percent oppose him, according to a Fox News poll. Last month, views split 45-46 percent (August 19-21).

More voters believe Ford’s claims than Kavanaugh’s denials by a 6-point margin, 36 vs. 30 percent. However, about one-third, 34 percent, are unsure who is telling the truth.

Since August, support for Kavanagh’s confirmation dropped 12 points among independents, 11 points among suburban women, and 10 points among voters under age 45. Support is also down, by smaller margins, among men (-5 points), women (-4), Democrats (-5), and Republicans (-4).

Women are more likely to believe Ford by 10 points, and among suburban women that jumps to 17. Men side with her by just 1 point.

White voters divide by education: those with a college degree believe Ford by a 14-point margin, while those without a degree side with Kavanaugh by 17.

Doesn’t look good for the GOPhers in November. Maybe tRump can get the Russians to help again. Or just declare martial law.

    • formwiz says:

When was a Fox poll ever right?

About anything? Particularly now that the Murdoch brothers are running the show.

And that poll is registered votes. Come back when they ask likely voters.

PS The whole thing about degrees is classic Lefty. They all think they’re so brilliant no matter how many times The Donald outsmarts them.

      • Jethro says:

Do you see the hole the far, far, far right extremists are digging? You can’t trust FOX anymore. You’ve cloistered yourselves.

  7. Jethro says:

    Just breaking:

According to the New Yorker, another woman, Debbie Ramirez, has stepped forward accusing Kavanaugh of sexual harassment at Yale. The Republicans knew of this second woman since last week, explaining why McConnell was in such a hurry.

Michael Avenatti says his client is NOT that woman, making 3 potential victims.

  8. Jethro says:

Hmmm. Avenatti is setting a perjury trap for Kavanaugh.

What time tomorrow will Kavanaugh withdraw? Mitch McConnell should do the right thing and resign.
